We are very proud of our record on eBay and want you to know that we will work as hard as we can to make your bidding experience and purchase as easy and trouble free as is humanly possible. EarDecor and More is a family owned business. We search internationally, high and low, for great deals and the very best prices. And, because we deal directly with the manufacturers, we can offer you the eBay bidder, prices that are often well below wholesale. We try our very best to provide you, the eBay bidder, with the FINEST CARE and CUSTOMER SERVICE possible. We specialize in custom, handmade jewelry and delight in offering the unexpected. In addition to this, we also carry a wide selection of traditional fine jewelry and novelty gift items.

PAYMENT

We will send you a high bid notice after your auction ends that will have detailed instructions on how to complete the transaction. YES, we offer combined shipping! If you are planning to purchase several items, they will all be shipped in the same box for one shipping charge only.  Payment can be made by PayPal, cashier's check or money order. Please remember to include the eBay item# and your registered eBay ID and e-mail address with your payment. Without this we will be unable to process your order and will return your payment to you. PayPal - we gladly accept payments via paypal.com. Multiple payments will incur separate shipping fees. SHIPPING

Each auction has the shipping charges clearly stated. Combined items shipping should include insurance. EarDecor and More! will not be responsible for parcels once they leave our hands. All claims for lost or damaged items must be made with the carrier. We will gladly help you any way we can to expedite matters. First Class is $3.95 and shipped in a padded envelope and, Priority mail is $5.95 to ship up to 6 items in 7 days. (EXCEPT- expensive items which have insurance already included in the stated auction (for your protection and ours) Insurance coverage on smaller packages is optional but highly encouraged. Items that are undeliverable to the provided address or that are returned as "unclaimed" will incur a second s/h fee before they can be re-shipped.

Item descriptions uses the phrase pprox for a reason.  Gemstone color, size and weight and silver size and weight may vary by 10 to 20%. Gemstone weights are based on average weights for standard cuts in a stated size. Ring sizes are accurate to the closest size. We make every effort to accurately represent an item description, color and appearance. Photos may be enlarged to show detail and monitor settings may affect the color of images. Suggested retail values are listed in good faith but may vary widely depending on location and the current market value of precious metals, gems and finished jewelry. In the event of an error or omission on our part in the description of any item in excess of the allowed tolerance listed above the buyer is entitled to cancel the sale and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the item including any shipping and handling fees.  We  promise to always treat our customers with respect and courtesy and we expect the same from our buyers.

We buy only the best handmade jewelry available made with REAL NATURAL gemstones.  We seldom sell any Lab or Man-Made stones UNLESS the cost of the real stones have become prohibitive due to high price and/or consumer demand (example: Australian Black Opal).  If, we do offer Lab or Man-Made stones, it will be clearly stated in the auction description.  This includes any NATURAL stones which may have been heat-treated or altered in anyway.
