Well now that I'm 58, and my legs and arms don't work too well, I spend time finding good quality, interesting items to sell on Ebay.  Life is far too short to shade the truth, or make people unhappy over an Ebay Auction transaction.  So, make my best effort to accurately describing the merchandise I offer, and take and edit photos of the accual item so you know exactly what to expect.  I use my description and photos to map out any flaws or inperfections so you aren't frustrated and disappointted with your purchase.

Lastly, I establish shipping and handling pricing fairly, as close to what the overall cost actually is based on USPS rates. If after shipping your merchandise I discover I have over charged you more than 10% to 20%, I will email you and initiate a refund via your Pay Pal, or Money Order.

My family owned and ran a Western Auto Store in a small, south Louisiana village beginning in 1939.  Our customers were not just people we sold merchandise to, but friends, neighbors and fellow church members.  So, our view and dedication to customers and service was never the result of a written policy, but the natural response of one friend toward another.  Simply stated, we treated others as we would want to be treated, which is precisely what you can expect in any and all of my Ebay transactions.  Nothing is more important than conducting business honestly, which includes making every effort to represent the item as accurately as possible.  That means great care must be devoted to the written description and merchandise photographs.

All of us Ebayers are struggling with rising fees everywhere we turn, particularly increasing shipping expenses.  But I believe we must refrain from using unrealistic shipping fees to overcome the barage of add-on fees we are hit with, even though I know how frustrating these rising fees are.  The best we can do is represent costs forthrightly, and hope that all the good, fair and caring community of Ebayers will stick together with integrity in pricing and product descriptions.

My three daughters, and now our first granddaughter, are best friends and a loving family.  My girls miss their Mom, my high school sweetheart and wife, but we are forever bound together and will all be together again later. My girls help me find items to sell, and pay attention to how we represent (describe) the items, so our Ebay friends are seldom, if ever disappointted.  Hope you will look our items over, and put in a bid if we have what you want.  Then, if you do buy our item, we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with it.  We have no desire to make our customers, our fellow Ebayers, unhappy over a purchase.
