Let me take the time and say we try to treat each job as important as the next. Sometimes the demand grows so large that we may need to take a few more days to produce your job. We Do Not like to rush our work because it is a reflection upon us and our standards. Alot of our decals are made to order and Not just sitting on a shelf or in a box. You receive a New decal freshly designed and mastered each time. We want everyone to feel comfortable with us and know that we are not here to trick or scam anyone's hard earned money.
We have been in the business way over a decade and not some fly-by-night shop. Also, we try to get each order out as stated in the auctions shipping instructions and sometimes it's not our fault. An order may go out on time and maybe hung up with the postal delivery service. Why? ... Couldn't tell you? But things have taken longer and people get nervous. (example: my few feedbacks that didn't give there items enough time) Please feel free to call if it has been over a week, sometimes we can say it faster then emails. If we are out of the office leave a message, we will return your call asap.
