 Warranty and Returns Policy

All items are brand new in sealed retail packaging unless stated otherwise. Non-working or defective items must be notified to us within seven days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned with all packaging and contents intact. We will test all faulty items before issuing a replacement. All warranty claims should be directed at manufacturer after the seven day return window. Unwanted returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and are only available for certain items but must be returned to us in its sealed packaging. 

 Feedback

We will provide feedback to all our buyers once they have given us feedback, however this may take up to a week. If you are not happy with the item or our service please attempt to resolve the issue with ourselves before giving us negative feedback. If we feel negative feedback has been given to us that it not justified we may return the negative feedback.

During hours from 9am to 5 pm we usually respond to emails within the hour. We are a PowerSeller which means you are dealing with a seller who has consistently met the requirements established by eBay. We are also SquareTrade verified which means in the unlikely event of disputes they will be resolved by mediation using SquareTrade. Please check our ebay feedback as we have many satisifed customers.

If you have purchased from us before and are satisfied with the level of service, and would be interested in us becoming your preferred supplier for all your IT requirements please contact us.
