Payments
- We only accept Paypal payments
- Payment expected within 7 days
Refunds
- Full refunds are offered only when we did not accurately describe the item in the listing.
- All Refund claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Shipping
- All CD's, Vinyls, DVD's, will be packaged appropriately to protect them during shipment.
- We ship twice per week.Please allow up two business days for your item to be shipped after you have submitted your payment.
- We offer combined shipping on ALL orders.
- Insurance is available on all shipments (you have the option to add it to the order when you pay for the item - if you do not see this option, please contact me.)
- You are responsible for submitting your own insurance claims with the post office.
- We are not responsible for items lost or broken during shipments.
- If you do not receive a package, we will provide all available information that we have, such as tracking # and shipment date.
- We are not responsible for compensating you for lost packages.
- USA: All packages are shipped via USPS Media Mail or 1st Class Mail.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- First Class Mail International (packages weighing less than 4lbs (1.81kg): DOES NOT INCLUDE: tracking information nor insurance.
- Global Priority International (packages greater than 4lbs (1.81kg)): Includes $100 USPS insurance. Does not include tracking information. You are responsible for submitting an insurance claim with USPS if your item is lost.
- If the buyer does not purchase insurance we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Insurance is only included with Global Priority Shipping. You will have the option to choose this shipping method when paying for the item.
- International shipments are not tracked by USPS.

Easy Street Records set up shop in West Seattle in 1988. 21 years later we are still going strong with a cafe, a second store in Queen Anne, and live music events at both stores. This is Seattle's record store.

VINYL RECORD CONDITION GRADING
- NEW: Still sealed, never played, mint condition. If it is not sealed then it is perfect, untouched, exactly how it was when originally released.
- NEAR MINT / LIKE-NEW: Disc has no discernible defects. General reference to a barely used, well maintained and nearly perfect item.
- EXCELLENT: Has been played but has no scratches, minimal to no wear and plays without surface noise.
- VG++: May have a few surface scratches or a little wear, but plays nicely with only minimal surface noise and clicks. Cover is nice but with a little wear.
- VG+: "Typical used record". A little wear, a few minor scratches, but plays well. Surface noise may be more present during soft passages. Cover will start to show ring wear.
VG: More wear and significant surface noise. Cover will have more than one split or tear.
- G: Significant surface noise and scratches and visable groove wear.
CD/DVD Condition Grading
- NEW OR MINT: Item is sealed, and never opened. If it is not sealed then it is perfect, untouched, exactly how it was when originally released.
- LIKE-NEW: Disc has no discernible defects. General reference to a barely used, well maintained, nearly perfect item.
- EXCELLENT: Disc may show very slight signs of wear, including very slight scuffs or very slight scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Excellent insertshave only minor wear and might have some very minor creasing.
- VERY GOOD: Very Good CD's have more extensive scuffs or scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Very Good inserts have more signs of wear and creasing but no tears or writing on them.
- GOOD: Disc may show considerable scuffs/scratching, but still expect that it will play without skipping.
