Payment must be received within

All Items
are sold AS- IS.
No warranty or authenticity is expressed or
implied. Returns are allowed
ONLY if the item was significantly not as described in the auction listing
if buyer calls or emails us within 3 days of receipt at which time a return
goods authorization number will be given. Item must be shipped insured with
similar shipping service and received with 10 days of receiving RMA#.

Damage |
All items we ship
include insurance for your piece of mind. We pack according to industry
standards using new materials but do to rough handling damages do
occasionally occur. If there is a damage we must be notified within 3 days.
All packing materials must be saved in case of inspection by the carrier. We
will contact the carrier and handle all aspects of the claim process.

not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of
the seller to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such
time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer.
eAuction Cafe, Inc. warranties and represents that the goods are as they are
described in the eBay auction. eAuction Cafe, Inc. will accept returns of the
goods (unless advertised"as is") if contacted within three days, at which time a return authorization
number will be sent. Return must be received within 10 days. eAuction Cafe
specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the
disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other
legal rights that vary from state to state.
eAuction Café's entire liability to you or any third parties under any
circumstance is limited to the sales price of the relevant goods and seventy
five ($75.00). Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you.
