It is helpful if you enclose the auction number with the item we have won. so we can match up your shipment with your auction.  We like to leave positive feedback when it is warranted, however, because  we buy lots of ebay items, even from new sellers, we often cannot.  Below are the most common problems we experience with sellers:

 

We do not buy international or annotated instructor's editions or undisclosed water damaged goods, so if you send us this and won't refund us for the product and shipping both ways, you WILL receive negative feedback and a paypal dispute. 

 

If you advertise a particular method of shipping but then use a slower/cheaper method, we will dispute the transaction and negative feedback will be left if you to do not reimburse us the difference in shipping methods.  Example: you advertise UPS Ground for $6 but ship via media mail for $2.50, then you owe us a refund of $3.50.
