Available shipping options:
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped the same day if placed by 2pm EST. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Every order is shipped with delivery confirmation.
If you placed your order of Half.com, MEDIA MAIL is the default shipping option. It generally takes anywhere from 5-14 days for delivery within the continental United States. However, the post office only guarantees delivery within 30 days, so please allow 4 weeks for delivery before enquiring about a missing order.
Half.com also offers you the choice for EXPEDITED MAIL for a small extra fee. Not only is the shipping method faster, but your order will receive priority processing. Expedited Mail will usually take anywhere from 1-5 days within the United States from the time of confirmation.
Whether you placed you order on eBay or Half.com, any type of shipment menthod is available upon request.
NEED IT FASTER? - If your order just can't wait, let us know AS SOON AS YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If you wait to long, your order may have already shipped and it's too late! If you need your order yesterday, we are willing to ship FedEx Next Day Air™ anywhere (where available)! You are only responsible for the exact rate increase, and not a penny more.
In cases most cases, we are willing to ship INTERNATIONALY, provided that it's possible, and that the cost of shipping it paid for by the buyer.

A Note on Copyright Laws - As with any retail store, an item can only be returned for a refund if it is unopened. This is not our policy, but international copyright laws do not allow us to accept media that has been opened. However, if there is a problem, and the item has been opened, we will do whatever possible to resolve whatever that problem may be. We are committed to you.
Quality Control - We do our best to pack things well so they do not get damaged in shipping. In addition, occasionally a problem can occur if an item is mis-listed. All of our listings are done electronically and in mass quantities, and this be the source of an error. If you believe you didn't get what you paid for, please write to eclipsemedia( 2354).
