Please be assured that all of our items are described as accurately as possible. I try very hard to be thorough and I am one of only a few who will research a product before listing it. If I am unsure, I will tell my customers that up front rather than make a guess or omit the facts.
I am now approaching 100,000 transactions. Virtually every one of them has earned my very high positive feedback rating. I take a great deal of pride in my conduct, ability and the care taken in packing each and every order. The extra effort is present at all times.
As a customer, you can be assured of ALWAYS be treated with respect and fairness- If an issue arises, as they sometimes will and do, you can also be assurred that I will be more than fair in resolviong it- however, resolving issues and correcting mistakes also requires understanding form the seller as well.
The year 2009 has seen some unfortunate changes. The United States Postal Service which lost almost 3 billion dollars in 2008 and has been forced to cut costs and manpower. This has resulted in longer delivery times which they have now posted on their website and I encourage you to review their policies and delivery time frames.
I would also like to address the Ebay feedback system which recent changes has resulted in many buyers neglecting this courtesy to sellers. Although as a seller, I leave feedback for every single buyer, I am hardly the recipient of the same.
So I ask you to please look at the almost 100,000 very satified customers, many of them repeat buyers, who have found shopping with me a rewarding experience
