of surplus items. We are not always familiar with the use of
each item. The item description includes all the
information that we have on that item. Please, do not take for
granted that any peripheral or other items needed for the operation,
installation or use of the item described will be included. Such
as, batteries, power packs, cables, drivers or any other item other
than what is listed in the auction. |

sold "As Is" will not be warranted under any circumstances.
These items are purchased in large lots with many other items.
It is usually something that we are not familiar with or something
that was purchased in unknown condition. The item is described
to the best of our ability. We may be unfamiliar with the type
of item and the description may be lacking when compared to that of
an assessment by an experienced technician or professional.
No returns, refunds, support or warranties of any kind will be
considered for any item sold "As Is" for any reason what so ever.
It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine the
compatibility of this item. If you are not satisfied with the
description or do not want to take a chance on an item sold "AS IS"
then do not place a bid on this item. |

A DOA Warranty is simply a
guaranty that the item will not be Dead On Arrival. A 7
Day DOA Warranty allows for 7 calendar days after
the delivery date to open and test the item. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser to complete any inspection
or testing within the 7 calendar days. If the item
will power up upon arrival, then it is not DOA. The item
may be new or used and may be scratched or discolored or
otherwise appear to be in used condition. This is a
limited warranty and does not cover performance,
appearance or compatibility. The information included in

bidder to determine compatibility. Any claims or disputes
initiated through any

number on your invoice and also which was provided to you during
checkout, will be needed to initiate an RMA Claim.
This is
an internet based business. All claims must be transacted online to
maintain documentation. Returned items (if return is required) will
only be
accepted with our RMA claim number clearly marked on the outside of
the package. To obtain your RMA
claim

Any package that arrives at our location without a valid RMA claim
number clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be accepted. Customer must
pay the shipping cost to return the item for any reason.

We only ship to the
CONFIRMED
Paypal address when payment is
made via Paypal. We are not responsible for the
length of time UPS takes to deliver the item. Shipping
Insurance is included in the shipping price of all UPS ground
shipments. Shipping is automated. Any instructions
included with Paypal payment will be ignored.

| Local pickups are done by
appointment only and not then
if you haven't used the Kyozou Checkout in the auction. There is a five dollar pickup fee.
Appointment hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00am CST and 3:00pm CST.
Some items may require 24-hour notice for preparation, but all items
require a minimum of two hours notice. No item may be picked up
without an appointment. Acceptable payment for local pickup items are
Money Order, Cashier's Check or Cash. Paypal may not be used for local
pickup items. Exact change must be provided by customer. This is
an office/warehouse not a retail store. We will not be
able to make change. |
