For quite some time we have tried to offer "Free Shipping" on many items. With eBays "new and inproved" feedback system-this has become a liability for us. SO many buyers think that leaving a 3 or 4 star rating is "Good" as ebay explains it- well- It's NOT. Unless we consistently get all 5 star ratings- it costs us Money in higher fees. Higher fees plus higher shipping costs due to continual increases in carrier fees- increased costs for supplies-buyers making multiple payments via Paypal resulting in multi-transaction fees combined with a VERY high rate of Non Paying Bidders - has become a huge money loser for us. We can no longer afford to absorb the costs of the ever increasing ebay/paypal fees and the cost of shipping on top of the price we pay for items. We will still offer discounted combined shipping- when possible.

BEST OFFER: Sometimes we offer items with a Best Offer Option on our Buy it Now/ Store Listings. Please take in to consideration that we are Legitimate sellers- We pay income taxes- sales taxes- ebay fees- paypal fees- and the items we sell are not donated to us nor did they "fall off a truck", we put a lot of time in to locating our items. We are not a Wholesale supplier- so please don't e-mail telling us that YOU can't make enough of a profit reselling it. Our auction prices have lower starting bids- that is the nature of an "auction", if an item does not sell- we usually will relist it in our ebay store at a "Buy It Now" price, which IS higher than an auction starting price- and so buyers know- Buy It Now and Store listings on ebay are charged HIGHER Fees than Auctions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 I will mail an end of auction notice to high bidder, Since PayPal is now the ONLY option PER EBAY RULES- payment is expected within 72 hours of purchase / win. We now charge $75.00 to fight fraudulent PayPal chargebacks, we will also file Crminal Charges against those that use Paypal to steal items.
 
SHIPPING
 
 
I use USPS mail. Packages are shipped FOB. Insurance is recommended for fragile items. If you opt to not purchase insurance you do so at your risk. I am not responsible for Loss or Damage by the shipping service.
Shipping Costs involve MORE than Postage, we BUY all of our supplies- Padded Envelopes , tissue paper, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, ink, labels, the Post Office is over 18 miles one way, when we have our occasional INTERNATIONAL SALES , we are REQUIRED to drive them to the post office,stand in line, fill out Customs Labels and HAND the package to the Clerk. We can not drop the package in any Mailbox. We actually LOSE money on some of our international sales due to the high cost of shipping.
SHIPPING TIMES- WE ship your item within 48 business hours of receiving a Cleared Payment (e-checks through paypal have sometimes taken 2 weeks to clear), which means we pack it, label it and actually give it to the USPS to deliver it to you...our SHIPPING TIME is FAST, however we can NOT be responsible for how long it takes for the USPS to Deliver your items, shipping time and arrival times are two different things. If you need it fast, we suggest Priority or Express Mail. MEDIA MAIL is SLOW....VERY SLOW, that is why it is Cheaper than Priority. If you choose media mail...we still SHIP it FAST, but the USPS DELIVERS it SLOW. Choose your shipping method with your need for speed vs. cost in mind, and please don't blame us for Delivery Times.
 RETURNS
 
I try to make sure all items are described accurately. I also use multiple images when possible, please look at all the pictures. Most items I sell are Vintage/Antique/Used, they may have come from a home with pets, or a smoking environment. I usually do not clean items before selling, I do not want to damage them with an incorrect cleaning process. If this is a concern, please e-mail BEFORE bidding.

We No Longer Offer Refunds for Any Items. There have been too many incidents of Fraudulent Buyers
 
If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, and you paid for insurance, please notify me, I will provide you with the Insurance info so that YOU can file a claim. I am not responsible for uninsured items
 
FEEDBACK
I leave feedback when the transaction is completed. Please e-mail and let me know you recieved your item and are satisfied. I reserve the right to cancel bids from users with negative or zero feedback. Please only bid if you intend to complete the transaction. We do NOT give in to Feedback Extortion.
