Has the collection been appraised?
Yes, by an appraiser considered one of the top four in the country.
How many images are framed?
With the exception of six images, the entire collection is professionally framed. In a few instances, the frames are an integral part of the art.
What about shipping & handling?
The winning bidder (Buyer) will pay exact shipping & handling charges. Please Note: in the event the merchandise is received by the Buyer and rejected, the Buyer is responsible to ship the merchandise back to the Seller at the Buyer's cost.
What about insurance?
The winning bidder will pay for any insurance necessary to cover the insurance replacement value of the image. This will be negotiated with the winning bidder.
What about payment?
The Buyer and Seller will use Escrow.com as a neutral, third party intermediary to assure a secure and smooth transaction process for both Buyer and Seller. Escrow service fees using Escrow.com are a percentage of the purchase price (including shipping & handling, taxes, etc.), and will be a shared cost (50/50) between the Seller and the Buyer. In the event of a rejection of the merchandise or cancellation of the transaction, the Buyer is responsible for their portion of the escrow fees, return shipping fees, and original shipping fee. PayPal will not be accepted as a form of payment. All shipments, domestic and international, must be insured by the Buyer for the item's full value per the appraisal. Taxes, customs and import fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
What about taxes?
The buyer will be responsible for all applicable taxes, customs and import fees. If the buyer resides in the State of Washington, they will be required to pay state taxes.
