We package the items carefully to try to insure that the item will arrive at your house in the same condition we ship it.  Sometimes the Postal Service beats us at the game and the parcel is lost or damaged upon arrival.  We encourage our customers to insure your purchases to defray the cost of Postal Service damage.  We realize that some of the items we sell have surfaces that tape will damage, and we strive to package the items while preventing any tape adhering to the surface of the item.
