Welcome to Effie's Quilt Shop!
I am located in the small rural Kansas community of Lindsborg, which was settled by Swedish immigrants in the late 1800s. We celebrate our heritage with several festivals each year.
Shown here is Effie's Daughter (in front) in Swedish Costume at one of our Bi Annual Swedish Festivals.
Estate auctions are a weekly event in surrounding communities and on rural farms. I enjoy finding vintage fabrics, quilts, linens and patterns that have been collected and cherished by the previous owner and making them available to collectors around the world!
