How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item on eBay you need to bid on the item through their auction listing. Return to the listing and place a bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.

What is the reserve price of this item?
Our auctions do not have reserve prices.
Is your item NEW or Used?
We only sell BRAND NEW item in original packaging unless clearly specified otherwise in the product description.
What will my shipping and handling fee be?
Use our "Shipping Rate Calculator" button in the aution listing to calculate shipping cost. We also charge handling fee that varies but will not exceed $ 10. The exact amount of Handling fee and Insurance fee (if required) will be displayed during your checkout process.
Do you accept money orders or checks?
Yes, we do accept money orders and checks. However, this will delay your shipment. We cannot ship your product until your money order or check is cleared, which generally takes 5 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international).
PayPal payments does not work? I am not sure if I already paid for this item? Do I have to use your check-out system?
You can not send payment via PayPal account because you do NOT have a 'Confirmed & Verify Billing Address' and we block these payments due to credit card, PayPal fraud & security. This protects us against unauthorized credit card holders or account take over. If you are not sure you already paid, please check your PayPal account for "eGeneral Medical Inc. (auctions@egeneralmedical.com) and credit card statement billing name of: EGENERALMED. You can also find this information under: My Account > History > Advanced Search (right side tab) and choose your search method. By just using our "Checkout Now" button link and choosing PayPal method for payment you must be directed to PayPal, sign into your account to complete and send payment to our company. Please pay attention to these steps.
Can you ship outside of the United States & What is your Shipping Cost? Why is shipping so expensive?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, it is very important that you consult our "International Orders Notice" in the Shipping Policy section for further details. Click on the Shipping Rate Calculator (above this page) to the right of Shipping Policy and below Purchase Information. Make sure you turn off your 'Pop-Up Blockers'. By clicking on the "Shipping Rate Calculator" it will open a secondary page where you can choose a shipment method; Shipping Carrier: UPS (United Postal Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) and select your country with "Choose a Country" drop down tab. The rate will be listed after clicking "Go". Go back and choose another Shipping Carrier (UPS, USPS radio button) to compare pricing, if desire. USPS is always cheaper but they do NOT guarantee shipping if lost or damaged nor provide a tracking number. No refund will be provided here if you choose USPS International shipping. International shipping is VERY expensive and the average cost is $60 US dollars depending on the weight. If, in your opinion, shipping is too expensive or can't afford shipping cost, please don't ask, "Why is shipping so expensive?" In some cases we can use third party billing if you provide us with your UPS account number but handling fee still applies. Average handling fee varies from $ 2-10 dollars per item.
Can I cancel my bid?
Yes, please go here to fill out eBay Bid Retraction form. We can NOT cancel your bid, that is your responsibility.
Can I use eBay Gift Certificate on my purchase? Your coupon code does not work?
Yes, but you must use the eBay Gift Certificate in your PayPal account. Do NOT use eBay / PayPal Gift Certificate as "Coupon Code" in our checkout process. Please follow the exact checkout procedure outlined below:
Click the "Checkout Now" button to start checkout process.
In the shopping cart just below the list of purchased item you will see the input for "Coupon Code:". Do NOT enter your eBay . PayPal Gift Certificate as Coupon Code. Doing so will delay the processing of your order. Leave "Coupon Code" empty and proceed to the Billing page. However, this location is used for our coupon codes & make sure you know the minimum requirements; ex. "...over $60 on purchases on this item only". If you coupon code meets ALL requirements and does not work, continue check-out process and leave notes stating coupon codes assistance needed. We will go back & validate the coupon code & deduct any charges if applicable.
In Billing page you MUST select PayPal as you payment method

All orders usually ship out in 24-48 hours. In some cases (special orders), we do not hold stock, and orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please inquire for exact shipment times. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time for shipping. Our prefered shipping method is UPS, but we also use USPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight.
Local Store Pick-up: $9 handling fee & 7% tax.
Domestic Shipping
HAWAII & ALASKA orders must select 2ND DAY AIR shipping method. Non-continuous U.S. customers please email prior to bidding for delivery estimate.
International Shipping
We ship World-Wide. To calculate shipping cost, click the "Shipping Rate Calculator" button on the auction page, select "UPS" as the shipping carrier, and choose the destination country.
Tracking: Tracking information will available only for United Parcel Services (UPS) shipments. United States Postal Service (USPS) shipments, however, do not have tracking information for international shipments. This is the policy of USPS and cannot be controlled by eGeneral Medical, Inc.
Duties, Taxes, etc (includes Puerto Rico and Canada): eGeneralMedical cannot be responsible for the duties, taxes, or other import taxes that your country charges you to receive the package. By opting to purchase this item you agree to pay whatever costs may be incurred.
Payment Policy
All orders must be paid for within 24 hours of purchase by using our "Checkout Now" button or our "Shopping Cart". If eBay auction purchase payment is not received for 5 days, we will file the item as Unpaid with eBay.

International Orders

Return Policy
We do hope that you have enjoyed your online shopping experience and sincerely appreciate your business with eGeneralMedical Inc. In order to keep our prices consistently competitive and meet current standards set forth by our manufactures, we have a limited return policy unless the item is damaged or defective. Our return/replacement policy is not valid on any orders shipped internationally.
For replacement of damaged or defective merchandise:
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to receive your replacement item. Refunds will not be issued on defective merchandise. After the 15 day period, it is the customers responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer under their warranty.
At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on initial shipping charges; however, if a replacement is warranted we will pay for return to eGeneralMedical and shipment of your new item.
Contact our returns department at (919) 844-9402 to obtain a return authorization number (RA). Should you call outside of normal business hours, please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number, and order number.
eGeneralMedical will send a return label or UPS Call Tag to the address.
Package your item(s) securely and ship the item to eGeneralMedical with the return label.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and a replacement item will be sent to you.
For Non-Defective Returns within 15-days of delivery:
All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be in re-sellable condition.
If you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
If the product is eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). This must be clearly labeled on the outside of your returned package, preferably with our return label. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
It is the customers responsibility to return the item to eGeneralMedical.com in proper packaging and with insurance to protect against shipping damage.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchased product(s) less the 30% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.
Please note, it may take 7-10 business days for your credit to appear on your billing statement.
