Sales Tax:
 
We are required by law to charge sales tax on deliveries made in state of Texas. So, you will pay 8.25% Sales Tax on total amount (price + shipping) if your order is shipped within TEXAS.

Shipping and Handling:
 

Below are the Shipping, Handling, and Insurance details. Customer agrees to pay shipping and handling charges as quoted in each listing.

• Quick Shipping. We ship all items within 2 business days of confirmed payment. We always send a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of payment. If you do not receive this e-mail please check your e-mail provider's spam settings

• Delivery Time. The post office states the following approximate delivery times: 1st Class: 2-9 days for Continental USA
1st Class: 3-4 weeks for Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and U.S Virgin Islands
Please keep this in mind when planning your purchases.

• Basic Shipping. Packages are sent with FedEx in Continental USA, NO P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's. We can ship only to physical addresses.
For Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and U.S Virgin Islands, packages are sent via USPS.

• Origin. All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse located in Houston, Texas 77036, USA.

• Insurance. Insurance is available and highly recommended at time of payment. We self insure so there are no forms to fill out or insurance agents calling your house.
Please note item will be shipped after getting the insurance other wise no claim about damage product will be fulfilled.

• Discounts. Shipping is full price for the highest price item and 35% discounted for each additional item when paid for together and shipping is combined. This discount is applicable only for Continental USA buyers.

• Pick Up. Merchandises are available for pick up at our warehouse. The customer has to pay sales tax (8.25%) extra for physical pick up.

• Order Status. If you would like to find out the status of your order you may call Customer Service at (832) 752-4212 to obtain order status.


Return and Exchange:
 

Satisfaction guaranteed!!! Or we will refund your purchase price! If something is wrong with an order, we certainly do want to help you. Please read the following for more information on how to proceed.

15 Day Return Policy:
If for any reason this product is not received in satisfactory condition, we will replace the product free of charge or will issue a merchandise credit for the cost of the item (not including shipping and handling charges)

All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be issued by our returns department before any returns will be accepted. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 8% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.

Damaged Items:
Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Credits will be issued within 1 week of the original claim. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery.

We must be notified of a customer’s intent to return an item, for any reason, within 14 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable.

To send a product back for exchange/refund, you will take RAN (Return Authorization Number). Please contact us for RAN.

Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. E-mail us or Contact Customer Service at (832) 752-4212 to obtain a RAN number and shipping label.

2. Pack the items in the original box together with the original packing slip (receipt).

3. Write the RAN no. that was given to you outside the shipping box for identification. Items without RAN will not be issued any replacements.

4. Mail the package back to our corporate address. The buyer is responsible for the any return shipping cost incidental to the exchange.

5. Please note that return mailing labels obtained from us are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Customer Service and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

6. Your return will be processed as soon as we get the item back and inspected. You may call our Customer Service at (832) 752-4212 for additional information.

    To keep on serving you and the community, 5 stars ratings are very important for us. In other case (even if you leave 4 stars) we will be unable to continue to serve you and community because eBay has introduced the new feedback system with DSRs (Detail Seller Ratings). eBay requires from sellers to have at least 4.3 DSRs in all 4 disciplines (Description, Communication, Shipping Time, Shipping Charges). This DSR level is unreachable unless until we get 5 stars DSR (as shown in the below picture) from our customers in each specified above discipline.
