WE ARE AWARE THAT OUR S&H COSTS EXCEED THE COST OF THE POSTAGE ON YOUR PACKAGE. WE HAVE DESIGNED OUR RATES TO REFLECT DELIVERY, PACKAGING MATERIALS, TIME SPENT DISPATCHING THE PRODUCT AND PROVIDING  AUCTIVA PRIVATE INSURANCE.

WE COMBINE COSTS WHEN MULTIPLE PURCHASES ARE MADE THUS OFFERING OUR CUSTOMERS THE BEST POSSIBLE RATE. WE MAKE OUR MONEY ON THE PRODUCT, NOT THE S&H.

 IF COSTS SEEM TO EXCESSIVE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE

S&H charges for us has to do with book keeping and how we alocate expenses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: To be frank, international orders are a pain, with customs forms and a special trip 22 miles to the PO being required. So, for those international customers, here is what makes up the S&H charge. If its too high, please dont bid. We could S&H for less, but the price of the item would have to be raised accrdingly. Its a no win situation as far as im concerned. No one is completely happy with S&H. If you have a question, please ask before bidding, not after delivery is made.

CDs & DVDs, just like at walmart, are non returnable, but, are Auctiva insured against damage in shipment, so if there is a problem let us know and we will replace the item at no charge

DERIVATIVE WORK and interfaces on CD is Our property and subject to Copyright © under the DMCA. These items come in a rigid stay flay or bubble mailer on plain media with a simple lable so you can enjoy the lower costs. If you need a fancy lable please shop elseware

Miscellaneous transaction related fees (paypal, padded shipper, disc
sleeves, discs, lables, ink, paper, production costs, equipment upgrades, etc.)
Cost of replacing any lost or damaged items.
Amortized cost of getting your item to the shipping location - USPS
pickup is not available for international shipments and the price of gasoline is not going down!  22 miles round trip @ $3.09 gal  $5.67 in my buggy to the PO and back.

This is not to mention standing in line at the POst office for 30-60 minutes waiting to ship an international order.(customs forms require direct attention from the clerk)
So,  you see, you get a lot for the fee we charge for S&H which  is much more than a stamp!
