PLEASE READ: We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back. This policy means that if the item is not as described then return it for a FULL refund, within 3 business days. In the same condition and all the accessories that you have received at the time of purchase. Grading jewels: we grade our diamonds and other jewels fairly. They are not GIA or EGL certified, unless specified in the auction. We have one grade color or clarity margin of error, because grading is not an exact science.
If the PRE-OWNED item is as described, you may return it less shipping, withing 3 business days, for a FULL REFUND. Please be aware of this at the time of purchase. You might owe tax in the following state: California 7.75%. If the item is returned, it must be returned in the exact condition as shipped with box and any other papers or items that it was shipped with. All of our watch movements are guaranteed for two years. If there is any mechanical failure within that year (not including damage by the user), then return it and our authorized watch repairman will fix it. If it is unable to be fixed, we will refund or find a new watch for you.

Payment options:
 Auction prices reflect payment via Cashier's checks, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers, BidPay & US Personal Checks or PayPal. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days before shipment. All other forms of payment will be shipped out upon receipt or the following business day. International credit cards are only accepted through PayPal. No exceptions. We reserve the right to hold shipment to UNCONFIRMED or UNVERIFIED addresses for 10 business days. Confirmed or Verified address shipments will be sent out the day of payment or the next business day. BUYERS WITH 0 FEEDBACKS MUST PAY BY BANK WIRE, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED BY BUYER AND SELLER.
