has an unconditional return policy on all items purchased.
We offer a thirty (30) day
unconditional money back guarantee (shipping and handling not included). Of
course, in the the circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will
be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. All returns must
be sent with the original order number and/or item number. Please also
include your email address and/or phone # in case we have a question
regarding your return. In addition, please include the reason for the return
(i.e. too big). All of this information is extremely important. Failure to
include this information may cause a delay or prevent us from properly
processing your Return.
A return for a refund will be processed for the original purchase price
minus the shipping charges. Your refund will be processed through the
original method of payment. For example, if you paid using your Visa card,
the refund will be credited to that Visa card. |

- Products must be returned
COMPLETE. Additional charges for missing items may be assessed in
the event of products being returned incomplete.

United States Postal Service (USPS) First class with Delivery

invoice amount and retain your receipt. We will not be responsible
for item(s) damaged or lost in shipping.
- Depending on the nature
of your return, you will either be credited the purchase price or
the item will be replaced or repaired and returned to you.
