I love books, whether I am going to read one or just acquire it to add to my library. For me books are my sanctuary, they allow me to gain knowledge, travel to far away places without the expense of airfare, hotels, etc. and they help me to relax.

Books are my passion. I love collecting them and having them around me on bookshelves throughout my home. I hate parting with them. Parting with a book is like saying good-bye to a friend or family member. That is why when my home began to overflow with too many books I decided rather than sell my precious books to a UBS or in a garage sale I would open an eBay store and sell them to buyers who at least went in search for them, where they weren’t merely an impulse buy.

Whether you need to learn more through textbooks or reference books get to know someone through a biography or auto-biography, relax with a good love story or tale of daring do, or find out how to prepare your favorite dish books provide one with it all. Knowledge is at your fingertips. What a wondrous thought.

CONDITION OF PAPERBACK, HARDCOVER & TRADE BOOKS: 

New means never been read, no spine creases, no damaged pages, tight binding.

Like New means it was purchased new and read by me only, with no spine creases.

Like New minus means it was purchased new and read by me only, with no spine creases, but the pages may be yellowed due to age. 

Good Plus means it has very slight or  no creasing or damage, but it may have some yellowing due to age, dust-jacket (if applicable) may have some wear, binding and pages are tight and crisp. 

Good means it may have some creasing, name written inside, some wear on cover or stickers on book and/or yellowing pages due to age, also my have some very slight moisture damage. 

Good Minus means that it has a lot of creasing, spine tilt, yellowing pages, little writing on inside cover or some wear on cover, this will be noted by the book if it is in a group. 

Reading Condition Only means that there is a lot of damage, pages may have gotten wet but book is still readable, I don't sell many like this.  I do not read all the books so if I miss any damage, please let me know.  I have a non-smoking, pet free home and books that I purchase for resale are from the same type environment.

CHECKOUT: I will send an invoice within 24 hours, if you have not received an invoice in this time, please email me. Please email me back with the way in which you will be paying. If the auctions you're interested in aren't ending on the same day, just send me a note letting me know that you may be bidding on more than one item.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping is calculated based on zip (postal) code. If you wish delivery confirmation for tracking purposes you need to add  $1.85 for the  delivery confirmation. Handling charges are base on cost of shipping materials, fees for listing and selling the item and stocking cost.

 I do combine winning auctions to save on shipping. Full shipping and handling on the first (highest s&h) item and a discount of $1.25 on each additional item.  I pack everything I ship securely, but insurance will be at your discretion. If mailing payment, please include item name and number. Also please print name and address clearly. 

PAYMENT: I accept PayPal and e-Checks thru Paypal. Payment needs to be made with 3days of close of auction, unless other arrangements are made with me. If I do not hear from you within the 3 days, I will send a non-payment notice.  Seven days after the notice has been sent, the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left. You must have a valid email address.  If not current, or if you have a spam blocker that prevents the invoice from being delivered, you must contact me. If there are any problems, please email me BEFORE you leave feedback!

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I do ship Worldwide.  Unless otherwise asked, I use the least expensive method of shipping which is economy.   Please remember that economy shipping takes 8-12 weeks ( I personally have not known of it taking more than 4 to 5 weeks).  If you would like the shipping cost for a country not listed, please email me.  I only accept Paypal from International bidders.

RETURN POLICY:

Return within 7 days of receiving for a refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Not satisfied with your item(s). Return within 7 days of receiving it and we will refund the purchase price less shipping and a 5% re-listing fee if item(s) are over $10.00.

Item(s) must be returned in acceptable condition. If originally sealed, must be sealed when returned. Photos of item(s) prior to shipping are on file and will be used to determine acceptable condition.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If you are concerned about shipping loss or damage, please, choose the insurance option when you go to pay for your auction.
