Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship the same business day on all orders paid before 12PM eastern Time (EDT). All other orders will be shipped out on the following business day, unless we have to pull your order from another warehouse, Business days are defined are Monday - Friday excluding US national holidays. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available. Unless you pay an extra fee for Saturday delivery.

A physical address is required on every order unless the shipping method of the listing specifies USPS. All commercial addresses require the name of the business as part of the shipping address. A day time phone number is required for all orders. The phone number will ONLY be used if there is a problem delivering your order by the carrier (UPS or FedEx etc).

Your shipping address must pass USPS address validation. If you supply an address that does not pass validation, we will contact you for a revised address. This is done to prevent delays in shipment when the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc) is unable to delivery to the address as written.

Payment Policy

Payment is expected within 24 hours. We accept multiple payment methods including PayPal, Credit Card, Money Order, and Check. Orders paid by certified funds or money order will be held until payment clears our bank. Checks must be drawn on a US bank.

Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a non-payer report will be filled with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you make a purchase in error, please contact us so that we can work out a mutually agreeable resolution.

Feedback is very important for both the buyer and the seller on eBay. If you wish to receive positive feedback from us, simply leave us positive feedback once you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our staff will return the favor and leave positive feedback for you within a few hours.

All orders within the United States are shipped via ups or us postal or least expensive way. Free shipping insurance is included on every order, if you want faster delivery you can contact us to arrange next day air, 2^nd day air or third day air at the buyer expense.
