Electronics Part Warranty
Your item is guaranteed for 15 days or the time specified in the auction from the day of receipt against being DOA (dead on arrival) or having any problem not described in the auction. See the auction description for any other limitations on our warrantyIf there is a problem with the item or it is damgaged in shipping we refund your entire purchase price including all packing and shipping charges you paid us and your return shipping. We will arrange the return shipping in most cases
All returned items MUST have prior approval from us prior to being returned. ALL unathorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
Here again, you need to read our feedback. We don't play games with our customers. Feedback is your key to a successful ebay experience.
Since most of our claims and problems come from items that arrive damaged in shipping it is VERY IMPORANT that you keep all shipping containers and packing material for the duration of the warranty. If we need to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier, the itme MUST be re-packed in the original shipping containers and packing material. Failure to follow this instruction automatically VOIDS your warranty. I cannot file a damage claim if you don't repack the item in the original packing materials.
