I just
decided to make this page to let people know certain things. This should
answer most questions people have about buying from me or how I do
things.

The
power supplies that I sell are either brand name or 3rd party. I offer these at a
competitive/fair price and have great customer service to go along with
it. If you ever have a question feel free to ask (e-mail), or see
something I don't have let me know. Since I am just an individual not a
big company you will get a personal response, also please check your
spam filters (if you do not receive a response). Please contact me
through the eBay messaging system rather
then your personal email. All power supplies are tested before they are
shipped out, using a Voltmeter and checking for the green light (if
applicable).
Reading
I notice
there are a select few who choose not to read or simply cannot read.
Please at least look over the auction to
make sure that the picture of the tip is correct and to see if I have a
big red sentence/comment indicating that there may be more then 1 version for a
model.
Shipping
I try to
ship on the same day if not the next day. If someone expects me to ship
it fast, then I expect the person to pay fast (it's only fair). I ship
by USPS Priority the 2nd fastest shipping
USPS offers and your item will be boxed with bubble wrap and paper.
Other sellers use large envelopes which has a higher chance of not
arriving in working condition. The S/H is non-refundable.
Payments
I expect
to receive the payment within 7 days, since it doesn't take long to pay
online (5 minutes ?). I like people who pay fast because I am able to ship their
package faster. If you send a money order please do it within a
reasonable time like 3 days from the purchase date.
I accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks. Local Pickup within
Alameda, CA is also encouraged but payment will be in CASH for hand to
hand transactions. Also for local pick up have cash ready beforehand or
expect to be leaving without a power supply in hand. Amazingly had
people arrive with not enough cash in hand.
Returns/Refunds
If you
happen to try a Power Supply out and it doesn't work (adapter problem,
compatibility issue, LCD doesn't work, etc.) , please email me. The
worst possible scenario is to return the adapter and receive your money
back for the price of the adapter (S/H not included). At times I maybe
able to find the correct size tip for you and we can exchange the
adapters (May Be an Additional Charge).
If you
are trying out an adapter to test out an unknown LCD that you
received/bought. If it doesn't work then you can send it back too.
My return policy is very simple, all I ask is that
you e-mail me before returning the item and don't lie. When returning an item
please return it in the same condition (wires not tangled, etc.), if
returned other then the sent condition I will be forced to block you to
avoid future reoccurrences.
Warranty
I offer
the standard 30 day warranty as other power
adapter sellers. Which starts from the day the power supply is received,
which delivery confirmation shows. Lying about when the item was
purchased will result in, no response and being blocked from future
purchases. Item must be sent back and
replacement will be shipped out. If eBay doesn't have your purchase on
record that means that the item is past the warranty frame. |
