Hello! My name is Joe, and odds are you are here because you are thinking of purchasing something of mine. Well, let me tell you that I am a square dealer, and am very concerned about customer satisfaction. One example of such a concern was when I thought that I cancelled a listing on half.com, but actually didn't (We were all new once, right?) After a good little while, I sent an email apologizing and reimbursing him 2x the cost of the book, because I know what that feels like.
I am a young IT professional and consider myself somewhat technically savvy on anything that I'm selling, so if you have any questions I will do my best to answer them. My feedback should speak for itself, 100% says I care about my customers.
