Tips about our silk flowers

There are thousands of silk flower/plant varieties in the market place, and they are of different quality scales and prices. Some buyers have the misconception that all silk flowers are low quality and cheap, but that is because most silk flowers readily available to mass market in discount/craft stores are of the lowest in quality. Ella's Flower Basket is different from those discount retailers because we carry upper-middle tier silk products at prices below (or equal to) the retail discount stores. Please beware that silk flowers travel to America from afar and are packed tightly in their packages, so they may appear crushed and wrinkled when they arrive at your doorstep. But much like fine linen, they need to be aired-out and smoothed-out. Place your new purchase in your planter or vase, unfold the leaves and petals and allow each plant to fully open for a couple of days. You'll find that they become even more vibrant and life-like a few days after unwrapping. (This tip is especially important for wedding decor!!)
