Greetings and Salutations from sunny Florida. I was initially told, "get a hobby, or the pressure of your job will kill you." So I have done so. And it has improved my quality of life. (The above is gaelic for Welcome)
Merry Meet
I started beading because i needed a hobby I could do without needing to be crafty. I am learning as I go. I use to work tech support for a cable modem ISP. I now know what a hobby will do for you. It can lift pressure from your entire being and bring smiles of joy to the ones you create for. I create from my dreams, from visions, from my heart and my soul.

I bead now in between the chronic pain. I no longer work customer service. I no longer work period. I am not able to. What I am able to do is spend a little time if I am lucky, exploring the auctions, finding beads and Swarovski's and hopefully creating something amazing from them. The chronic pain I live with is a major part of my life as it touches everything. It keeps me up at night, it keeps from living a full life at times and makes everything from sitting to bathing difficult. I don't drive very often. So when I get ready to buy something I may send a Seller a few too many emails to make sure that what I am getting is exactly what they say I am getting. I do not have the ability to send things back. So if you make a mistake, its a mistake I will end up living with because I do not have the means to correct it. I do not have lots of padded envelopes and bubble wrap standing by just in case. I research sellers first. I may check your feedback, your customer base and even email you with questions. I am making sure we will both be happy. I have had some not so happy experiences where Sellers don't check what they send out and what I get is completely different from the auction. In cases like that I don't have a lot of recourse, negative/neutral feedback... something I don't like to do. Most cases I just end up screwed by the Seller. Just remember the next time someone starts asking you lots of questions... remember there is a real live, feeling person on the other end.
THe beads that I buy, will be used to create things that I will later share with friends to bring them happiness too. And as I buy from some, I make new friends and when they are local, I can visit their shops and spend more. I share with you pictures of my babies.... my ferrets (when the website is up again). Have a question about me, then ask. I will answer. I do know a lot about computers and ISP's and how they work, so if your question leads that way... I can follow. There are certain sites and users here that you can get great beads from: Daikinibeads, wiv, and The Glitter Box and Beadbuyer and bead501 and beadinboni, go-missouri, greanbeanx, Shopsmart100 and I am sure there are more great sellers out there but for now.... the ones I have listed, have gone above and beyond what was acceptable and did much much more for a house-bond, lonely, in chronic pain due to workers comp, and they have helped me in so many ways. I thank all of them for that and if I have forgotten anyone because of my awful short term memmory issues because of the drugs, I apologize. Blessed Be to One and All and May good fortune find you. May all the Godesses and Gods bless you All.
