  • Q. Will you take a buy-it-now price of $xxx (when there is no buy-it-now listed)?
    A. No. We get this question all of the time and the answer is ALWAYS NO. To ask on a straight auction is against eBay policy because it would be considered outside trading. We are an honest company trying to do an honorable business within the rules and regulations.
  • Q. If i win multiple auctions will you ship for a lower price?
    A. No. Before we list the majority of our items we check them as much as possible for information to put into the listings. Then they are pre packaged for shipping to speed delivery. To unbox and and repackage our items would cost us additional labor and time so there is no cost savings to do so.
    A. Yes. If we specifically list that we will sell and combine shipping on an item and specifically list those shipping prices in our listings, we will honor those shipping prices.
  • Q. What countries do you sell and ship to?
    A. We ONLY sell to the 50 States in the USA. Alaska and Hawaii will pay more shipping fee(please ask). International shipping to more hastle to track and support than we wish to take care of. No exceptions so don't ask.
  • Q. "I promised my daughter I would buy her this... and pay by BidPay... and I offer you $768 for it.. who do I send this to (some country not USA)..."
    A. We have recently gotten these questions and questions like these asked on our listings. This sounds like this person is trying to defraud us. The answer is NO and we will report this to eBay.
    • We only take PayPal for payment in the majority of our auctions.
    • We take Bank Cashier's Checks and Money Orders ONLY, ONLY, ONLY if it's listed in the description.
    • Save yourself and us time - Don't ASK to pay some other way. If you Don't see it listed the answer is NO.
    • If you ask us to SIDE PURCHASE OUR ITEMS OUTSIDE OF EBAY you will be warned once - after that we will block you from our auction listings FOREVER (there are some blocked now).
    • Don't ask us what our reserve amount is because we are not telling you.
  • Q. Can I come pick it up? I only live...from you.
    A. NO. If it's not listed in the description that you can pick it up then YOU CAN NOT. No exceptions.
  • Q. Why is the shipping so high on this item?
    A. We sell a lot of goods on consignment. Our customers set the starting price and the shipping. It is beyond our control and NOT negotiable.
  • Q. When will someone answer my questions?
    A. Between 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. Rarely they are answered at night but don't expect it. If you don't get an answer soon, this is the reason. Auctions are usually listed to end on a weekday so that questions may be answered. In some instances we feel that the description is good enough to end it on the weekend.
  • Q. When are shipments sent out?
    A. If you pay for your item via PayPal and it shows in our system as "Complete" by 6:00 p.m. M-F we will try to shipp it the same day (definitely within 48 hours). Most items are sent via a major carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and so P.O. Boxes are not usually shipped to.
  • Q. Can I get a lower price on shipping?
    A. No. All of our S&H (shipping and handling) fees are clearly listed in the auction. There is no surprise at the end after you buy. If you don't read the listing and these policies BEFORE you bid you are still obligated to pay. S&H is NOT negotiable.
  • Q. I just won on 2 (or more) of your auctions. Can I combine these to save on shipping?
    A. No. Before we list an item is has already been packaged and sent to our storage and shipping facility. We will not spend time and money to travel to that facility, find the multiple packages, repack them, cancel the shipping, resubmit the shipping, recalculate the invoice, resubmit the invoice, and manually ship the package. To do so would cost us more than most of the total price buyers pay for the item with S&H. We will only do combined shipping on items that we Specifically list in the auction description as a multi item listing and at that point the shipping fee for the additional purchases will be clearly listed. If you don't see it then the answer is NO. No exceptions.
All of our auctions and sales will reward buyers and sellers with positive feedback for successful transactions. The only reason for sending negative feedback will be for a tranaction that could be described as "FRAUD". All of our listings will be as honest and truthful about the condition of products as humanly possible. Please allow us a chance to fix any problem that may come up before tarnishing our reputation with negative feedback. All feedback will be left automatically after you leave feedback. We also thank everyone in advance for your business.
