Shipping time:

Our supplier mostly ships the items with in one week but some times there is a chance that when we send our supplier the order, might they inform us that they are out of stock or on back order (but this is a rear chance). That's why we give shipping time 1-4 weeks. Because we are not the only one who is getting the products from them. More than 80% online sellers are using the same method.

That why for safe side we give our customers 1-4 weeks delivery time.

Our supplier do not ship to P.O.BOX, APO, FPO, ALASKA and HAWAII OR International.

We offer international ,alaska and hawaii shipping for few items ,if customer is will ing to pay (from supplier to our office and from our office to the customer) shipping.in this case customer have to pay two shippings.if customer is willing to pay for the shipping then we are willing to ship.other wise do not place any orders for international,alaska and hawaii 

Returns:

Once we send your order to our supplier, Then its not possible to cancle the order from them. If any case you are not satisfied with your order, Contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue but in case you do not want it and you received it then email us and get the RMA# from us. For non damage returned items we will charge 20% restocking fee.

For un-insured packages we are not responsible for lost or damage in the shippment.
