Payment
We accept Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover here in our office. Please email your information or call 800-982-3068. We also accept money order/cashiers checks mailed to: Embroidery Technologies, LLC, PO Box 228, Melbourne, KY 41006. We Do Not accept personal checks. Personal checks will be returned and only delay the shipping.
Ky residents add 6% sales tax to total including shipping.
Leasing

U.S. Shipping
We do combine shipping on most of our items to save you money. Please email with your zip code if you are interested in more than one item and we will give you a shipping total. We ship mostly USPS but we can also ship UPS if you would prefer, just let us know. UPS is usually more expensive so you may want to email before you bid to get shipping costs for this method of shipping. There are a few items that we drop ship (such as frames/clamps) so we cannot combine shipping on those items. Be aware that any aerosol cans must be shipped parcel post.
Canada/International Shipping
We can ship most things to Canada, please request shipping estimate before bidding. We can ship some things Internationally outside of USA and Canada, please email if you are interested in an item and we will let you know if it possible to ship to you.
Returns
If you have a problem with one of our products, please call us at 800-982-3068 or email and we will help you in any way we can. You must call within 3 days of receiving your item. Please call before returning any item. Refunds are decided on a case by case basis. Any defective item will be replaced with a new item upon return of the defective item. We may charge a 25% restocking fee for any item returned that is not defective.
Feedback
Feedback will be left when we know that you are satisfied with your product and any issues have been settled. We rarely have any problems with our items but do not hesitate to call if you have a concern. Customer care is our top priority.
