Who We Are
Emerald City Fabric & Craft is an online retailer of quality quilting, sewing, and craft supplies based in Issaquah, Washington, 15 miles east of Seattle in the foothills of the Cascade Range. The Pacific Northwest of the United States is a place of awe-inspiring natural beauty, and we feel blessed to call it our home. Seattle, also known as "The Emerald City", boasts a large, active community of professional and part-time artists, quilters, and crafters, as the wet winter months provide plenty of time for creative contemplation.
Our Philosophy
The Shopping Experience A trip to the fabric and craft store is fun and inspiring, and our goal is to give you that same experience in the comfort of your home. Our listings are designed to be attractive and easy to navigate. We strive to provide product descriptions that are complete yet concise, and include large, bright photos that are processed using professional digital equipment for the most accurate color reproduction possible. Related product links are provided so your shopping experience can be as convenient and efficient as possible. So grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and spend some time with us!

When you purchase from us, you will always receive detailed emails for purchase confirmation, invoicing, payment received confirmation, and shipping confirmation.
Shipping We ship worldwide. We understand that once you have paid for an item it is yours, and it is our highest obligation to get it into your hands as soon as possible. We only list from current inventory, so you will never experience the frustration of purchasing a product only to discover that it has been back-ordered. We utilize cost-effective shipping through the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, and Fedex. We combine items in a single shipment whenever possible to minimize cost. All items are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in good order. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, fees or taxes.
Returns We want you to feel absolutely comfortable with your purchase decision. That's why we offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked return policy with every product we sell (with the exception of books and patterns due to copyright restrictions).
Our Products
We only sell new, name-brand products sourced directly from the manufacturer. All fabric is new and cut to order from the bolt. Don't confuse our fabric with the inferior products sold by the discount chains or other online sellers. All our fabric is premium-quality quilt-weight or upholstery-weight fabric from respected manufacturers such as Alexander Henry, Andover, Blank Textiles, Clothworks, Daisy Kingdom, FreeSpirit, Hoffman, Kings Road, Kona Bay, Loralie Designs, Makower Uk, Maywood Studio, Michael Miller, Moda, Northcott, P&B Textiles, Robert Kaufman, Rowan, Shamash & Sons, South Sea Imports, Timeless Treasures, Westminster Fibers, and others. You'll find all your favorite designers including April Cornell, Amy Butler, Amy Schmiler, Laurel Burch, Joel Dewberry, Kaffe Fassett, Robyn Pandolf and many others.
Our inventory is stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. We love animals (and smokers) but feel they have no place in the retail fabric environment due to the potential for odor and allergen transfer.
