Emilia’s Garden was named in honor of Emilia Santiago, my Grandmother. A special human being that taught me the love and devotion we all should feel for plants, not only for their beauty and for the joy they bring to human’s life, but for their importance in our own existence. Life without plants would be a life without Oxygen, and without Oxygen, there is no life.

DO YOU ACCEPT LOCAL PICK UP OF ORDERS?
No!!! No order can be picked up in our Growing Area. All orders must be processed by USPS.
WHERE IN THE WORLD WILL YOU SEND ORDERS TO?
I only ship inside USA national Territory, which includes the 48 continental states, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other US Territories. Sorry, I cannot ship outside the National Territory, because of Federal Agricultural Restrictions.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
I only ship orders using United States Postal Service (USPS). I use Priority Mail and also provide Express Mail, if you request it.
CAN I COMBINE MY ITEMS INTO ONE SHIPPING?
Yes, I do combine shipping charges in orders that have multiple items. Combined shipping charges are calculated directly by USPS and will depend on the size and weight of each one of the items on your order, as well as of your USPS postal zone.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MADE AN ORDER OF MULTIPLE ITEMS AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMBINE SHIPPING?
When ordering from different sales E-bay will combine all items into one order and will calculate the combined shipping in the check out process. However, if you are not sure about the combined charges or any other detail of your order, please, request an invoice from me, so I can revise your order and send you an updated invoice.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY PAYMENT AFTER I MADE MY PURCHASES?
You will have 48 hours after your make your purchases to make your payment, or to request an invoice. If no communication or payment is received after those 48 hours your order can be cancelled. I know problems can happen, if so, please contact me. I believe in communication and as long as communication is open we can work any kind of situation.
WHAT PAYMENT METHYODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
The only payment method I accept is Paypal. No Personal Checks, no Money Orders, no Local Pick-up’s Payment, No Cash.
HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU SEND MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID?
I will let you know the scheduled shipping day for your order as soon as I receive your payment. Normally I ship orders once a week. I try to ship all orders on the next scheduled shipping day after receiving payment, but if amount of orders is too high, shipping can be delayed for a week. But I will always keep you informed.
ARE THER ANY WEATHER RELATED RESTRICTIONS?
I ship from Puerto Rico, where we have year-round Tropical Weather. If temperatures or weather conditions in your region are too extreme, please let me know. I can hold your order, at no extra cost, until you let me know it is safe for shipping in your region. I cannot be responsible of any damage caused by the weather.
WHAT IF THE PLANT I ORDERED ARRIVES LOOKING STRANGE?
Keep in mind that you ordered a living creature. Plants can be harmed, become yellowish, loss leaves, or change healthy color while shipping process, because of being enclosed in a box for several days. But your plant will exit the shock caused by the shipping process and will regain its healthy color and resume growth after it acclimatizes.
WHAT IF MY PLANT ARRIVES DEAD?
Since we are working with living plants, there is always the chance that a plant does not survive the shipping process. If your plant arrives dead you must contact me as soon as you receive your order. You must send me through e-mail a picture of the dead plant and then, after proof, I will replace your plant at no extra cost.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
No, all sales are final.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?
All my orders include USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number and this tracking number is provided to you after I ship your order. You and I, we both can track your order. This way we can be sure that your order will arrive.
