PAYMENT
Our online payment methods are safe and secure, secured by Paypal.
Our preferred mode of payment is Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal for payment;
all you need is a master card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card etc..
We also accept Money Orders and Certified Checks, however these modes of payment will take a little
longer because of the mailing time and also the time required for the checks to clear banks.
Our preferred money order is of US Postal Service.
TAX
All online purchases are tax free, except for residents of Illinois. As of May 1, 2008 Illinois tax will be
8.25%.
Canadian residents pay their own tax at the time of delivery, if at all they are levied at port of entry.
AVIALABILTY
All the items, except custom orders, are listed while in stock. The listings on eBay are a week or more old.
At times we run out of stock on items, when there is an unexpected increase in sales or some retailers buying large quantities.
We will let the buyer know when this happens.
In those cases the buyer has the option of requesting a full
refund or wait for the next inventory to arrive, mostly in a few days or weeks. On sold out items,
we recommend that you preorder them, so you are assured you will have the item available
when the inventory arrives.
Custom order sofas & sectionals etc. takes 10-14 weeks to manufacture and deliver.
We will contact you when the items arrive at our dock & when shipped to you with the bill of lading number.
SHIPPING
We ships within the 48 lower states of United States only, no Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any
US Territories. Certain items are shipped to Canada. We ship within 2-5 business days after payment.
All items are shipped ground, using common carriers like UPS, DHL or Fed Ex
Larger & heavy items like sofas, heavy lamps, bedroom sets etc. are shipped freight, using common freight
company HDUSA (Bekins, the largest & the best freight company in US). All items are securely packed to prevent damages,
in transit.
We email you the shipping info within 24-72 Hrs after shipment.
The courier may take 3-7 days for delivery depending on your location in US or Canada. Canadian customers may find
a little delay if the items are help at port of entry.
Freight items take 3-5 weeks for delivery depending on your location is US.
On freight items, the freight company will contact you to set up a convenient date for delivery at
least two days before delivery.
Please inspect all items at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel shipment to any buyer whose Feedback score is less than 97% or
not ship to unverified addresses by Paypal. On these circumstances the order will be cancelled and full payment will be
refunded.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International buyers are responsible for their customs, duty or taxes, if they occur. We as a shipper have no control
whatsoever in the matter. If you prefer to act as your own customs broker, you may contact the
courier company directly and request so.
CANCELLATION
Custom ordered items such as sofas , sectionals etc., once purchased
can be cancelled within 24 hours with a 45% cancellation fees. After 24 hrs of placing the order there will be a
75% cancellation fee, after 72 hrs no cancellations nor refunds..
All other items can be cancelled with 35% cancellation fee within 24 hours, after 24 hours 60% cancellation
fee applies, and after 72 hrs no cancellations nor refunds.
RETURNS
On freight items, please accept delivery only when there is someone available to inspect items.
If there are any damages, please note that in the way bill or bill of lading and notify the driver immediately.
Reject only the parts that are damaged. Notify the seller of the damages within three days. If inspection is not done at the
time of delivery, or
if you accept delivery without inspection, no money will be refunded if there are
any damages.
On all other deliveries, any defects must be notified to the seller within three business days after receiving.
Damaged items must be returned within five business days after receiving, in the original packaging in
the original condition at the buyers expense.
If you are not satisfied with any items for any other reasons other than damage, please return within five days in
the original packaging in the original condition, a 35% restocking fee shall apply.
All shipping charges are buyer responsibility. Please buy a damage insurance, for your own protection,
for the item from the courier when shipping back, incase the package get lost or damaged in transit.
PRICE GURANTEE
On items where there is a price guarantee specifically stated, the following applies.
If you find the same exact item of the same superior quality at a lower price anywhere - on eBay, any eCom site or
in any retail stores - we will honor that price and refund you the difference plus 10% of the
difference, within 30 days of purchase. When you request a refund for the difference, please provide all relevant
original documents of the other party within 30 days.
