What We Sell

We sell brand new factory sealed products. All our products come with the full manufaturers warranty on them. We currently do not sell any used, refurbished or scratch and dent. If an item is refurbished, used or a demo unit we will clearly label it as such.

Installation

We offer installation in the metro NYC area, most of NJ. We also offer installation in parts of Pennsylvania and Connecticut. There is an additional fee, so please call our sales department at 1-800-499-8009 or email us at aaron@rainbowappliance.com for a price quote.

Delivery

We deliver our products in the most efficient and secure method possible. Depending on the unit's weight, we will ship your order with UPS or a Freight Carrier servicing your area (generally UPS Freight). All local shipments in NJ and NYC will arrive 1-3 business days. Most of our shipments ship out within 1-3 days of placing the order and will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending were your located. There are times were shipments can get delayed and we will try to notify the customer in a timely fashion. Warranty

Since we are an authorized dealer all our products come with the full manufactures warranty. If you need assistance with getting a repair on a unit you ordered please give us a call at 1-800-499-8009, or email us at aaron@rainbowappliance.com and we will be glad to assist you.

Return Policy

Our goal is to make our customers fully satisfied with the products and service we offer. We ask that customers check the Products they are ordering before checking out. We  are trying to add detailed specs of all items. If the item does not have detailed specs, please let us know and we will add it.

• Color of unit
• Height, Width, and Depth, will match the place where your installing the unit
• Height, Width, and Depth, will allow unit to fit through the entrance door

We will not take back any unit(s) that were opened and/or taken out of the box. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order. If you need assistance in ordering a product or you need technical help please call our sales staff at 1-800-499-8009 or email us at sales@rainbowappliance.com. If you need to return an item you must notify us within 7 days after receiving the unit. No returns will be accepted after that time period. There will be a 25% restocking fee on unopened returned items, plus the shipping cost to you and back to us. If you need to cancel an order you must call us at 1-800-499-8009 to cancel. Do not email us any cancellations. All special orders or orders that have a postmaked day cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns on air conditioners. All air conditioners, and air conditioner Accessories sales are final.

Damages

We do our best packaging our products to minimize damages. There are times that a unit might come damaged. It is very important to inspect the item upon delivery. If you notice any dents or punctures on the package please refuse the package or make note of it on the Bill of Lading and call customer service at 1-800-499-8009 for assistance or email us at aaron@rainbowappliance.com We will take every possible step in getting you out a new unit in a timely fashion. If the unit was accepted and signed for and there was concealed damages, we will do everything necessary to repair the unit (if it is at all possible), or send you a replacement unit and pick up the damaged unit. On occasion the unit might need minor repairs. We will send a service technician down to try and repair the unit. If the unit cannot be repaired we will send a new unit to the customer in a timely fashion.
