Emporium GTR is a group of friends who have joined forces to sell an eclectic mix of treasures on eBay. As loyal eBay Buyers since 2001, we have earned 100% positive feedback, over 2200+ (email us for details). Now, as Sellers, we are committed to providing the great service we appreciate and expect from eBay Sellers.
Our Policies
PAYMENT INFO: Buyer to contact seller via email or eBay checkout within 3 days of end of auction, to advise mailing address. Payment is due within 7 days of auction's close. Payment on Buy It Now items due within 3 days.
PAYMENT METHOD ACCEPTED: PayPal.
SHIPPING: To confirmed PayPal address only.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping discounts available for most items on multiple purchases, however, all items must be paid for in one (1) payment to qualify. Email us your item numbers and we'll send a revised invoice to reflect combined shipping discount.
STATE SALES TAX: 7.75% sales tax will be added to the final bid price for items sold to Arizona residents only.
REFUNDS / RETURNS: All items are sold as is, unless defective, and you notify us within 3 days of receipt.
LOSS / DAMAGE: Insurance included in shipping/handling charge.
CONTACT INFO: Email is the best way to contact us. Just click the "Ask seller a question" link above. All inquiries will be answered as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Please email your questions prior to placing a bid. Note that sometimes a server or email program may block an email (yours or ours). If you experience a problem receiving an email response, please contact eBay for alternate ways to reach us.
