Welcome to A Good Book Cafe! 

A Good Book is a small independent used and new book store in Sumner Washington. We have a variety of books for both adults and children in fiction and non-fiction.  Bring Books for an in-store discount. We are located in the middle of "old" downtown Sumner. There are more than a dozen quaint shops; Antiques, collectibles, gifts, art, garden shop, woodworker shop, interior design and furniture, more.

Returns - We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you aren't here is the Returns Policy. Please contact us by e-mail first to make arrangements for a return. When we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund. Please send the items back to us in the same condition as we shipped them to you.  Shipping charges are refundable if we have misdescribed or sent an incorrect item. Thank you!

Mailing - We use zip code barcoding, postal delivery codes and tracking to speed and protect your purchase [U.S. deliveries only]. We mail your purchase the next business day with the exception of holidays and weekends. We package our books with cardboard and bubble mailers and ship Media Mail (1 - 3 weeks).  If the packages is 6 ounces or less we ship First Class Mail (a week). Expedited packages are via Priority Mail (approximately 3 days) and are packaged with cardboard and placed in a plastic bag inside the Priority envelope or Flat Rate Box. International mailing is usually shipped USPS M-Bag (very slow economy rate for large packages) or Global Priority for smaller packages (1 - 2 weeks) and is packaged with cardboard, placed in a plastic bag before sealing in the envelope.
