Welcome to our about me page, or perhaps more appropriately it should be called the about us page. Endless Green is a small family run internet business based in Port Talbot South Wales, UK. The Craft items we sell simply grew from our own pastimes and hobbies, and our love of the outdoors and the natural environment. Somewhere along the way this all developed into a business! We pride ourselves that we always trade honestly and fairly and always try to offer competitive prices due to our bulk buying and low overheads. We try to go that extra mile to offer buyers a better service and thankfully this is reflected in our good feedback and repeat custom, for which we are very grateful. We try and describe each item as accurately as we can and, whenever possible, provide additional information, photographs or user tips that may be of interest. If you have any questions about anything then please let us know and we will do our best to give you the answer. All our parcels are packed safely & securely with your address details clearly printed as they are shown on Ebay, and always carry a return address label on the back. We endeavour to post orders within 24 hours of payment clearing Monday to Friday. We are environmentally conscious and for this reason we try and source items made in the UK whenever possible and also re-cycle clean packaging materials. Your details will never be passed to a third party and we security shred any paperwork that is not required to be kept for audit purposes. We accept payment by Paypal & cheque/postal order made payable to Endless Green. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will be subject to delay whilst the cheque clears.
