Hello and Welcome to my page! My name is Penelope and I've been selling on Ebay for almost 3 years now. I'm married to a wonderful husband(Jimmy)with two beautiful children (my bulldog, Jax and my macaw, Dudley). The name endoangels came from my suffering with a very painful disease, endometriosis, that has no cure. It is the name of my website, www.endoangels.com that I started to help those who suffer with this disease. I donate some proceeds to this association also.

I am also a huge animal lover. I've always had one and have helped many who have needed it. I've had ducks with their own house & inground pool, saved baby dear & a rabbit(who was just adopted) and more. Animals are wonderful and love us uncondionally. Buddies Thru Bulleis as well as Purrs N'Pups are wonderful rescue groups. Both my aunt and uncle volunteer their time, flying abandened animals to foster homes, foster animals themselves and more. I will be donating a portion of the proceeds from sales to both charities. If you would like to make a donation to any of these great charities, email me and I will let you know how to go about it

Before bidding, please make sure to read the rules that I have on each auction page,they are there for a reason. If you don't read it and something happens that you didn't expect it is only your fault, don't blame me for it. I didn't want to have to do it but I have been burned to many times as people think that it is a game but it isn't. It costs money to sell and it isn't cheap either. So when someone doesn't pay I loose money & time and who can afford that!!! I do file Non-Paying bidders with Ebay and will leave negative feedback as well. It is only fair that other sellers find out before getting burned as well. I will always work with you to try and make you happy so before leaving negative feedback contact me first. I HATE when people jump and leave negative feedback when a problem can easily be worked out if you would just contact me first. I've read so many negative feedbacks that were unjustified. Ebay should not let those who don't pay for something leave negative feedback!!!

I am a gold powerseller and you will see by my feedback that I care about what I do as a seller. Just don't try and take advantage of that and tell me something was damaged when I know it wasn't as I check all my items very carefully. Or, that it was lost when I have the signature that it was signed for. Also, don't threaten me with negative feedback because you don't like something and want to return it. I do not accept returns. If for some reason something is to be returned, shipping is nonrefundable, just like a retail store. I sell because due to my illness it is hard to work outside the house. Ebay should be a fun & exciting place to come but I am also trying to make a living so please don't try to take advantage or play it as a game.
