• If defective within 7 days (count from delivery date, not human-caused faulty), you could return it to us for replacement.

• If defective between 8 days and 1 years, we will offer free repairing service.

• In warranty period, the buyer and seller are responsible for 1 way of shipping cost respectively. We will pay for the shipping from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost.

• If we have checked but found the item is working fine, the buyer should pay for 2 ways of shipping cost.

• as we send back the defective item to the factory, It normally take time. It depends on the complexity of the technical problem. Please be patient during the time for repairing.

• We recommend buyer to install our product by professional installer and check before installation. Installation are not included replacement or repairing is taken.
