We dislike outrageous shipping costs. It is a bummer to buy something for two dollars and have to pay four dollars for postage! And how about the "Shipping is $3.95 for the first item, and $2.00 for each additional item..."? We charge only the bare minimum for shipping. We charge $2.00 for the first item to cover initial postage and the packaging, then charge an extra dime for each additional item, to help cover the costs of additional packaging and postage. (Large items have a higher stareing cost, but additional items are always just a dime extra.) And as a special bonus for those of you who buy larger lots, We remove all shipping costs for orders of 20 or more jewelry items. That's right, if you buy 20 or more, we pay shipping. Period.

We leave honest feedback for each and every transaction. All transactions that go smoothly get positive feedback. If we had a particularly pleasant transaction, we generally leave a positive that somehow reflects this. If you take a really long time to pay but keep in touch with your reasons the whole time, we give positive feedback. If you take more than four weeks to pay WITHOUT letting us know why there is a delay, you will get factual neutral feedback. All non-paying bidders get factual negative feedback. However, if a non-paying bidder eventually decides to pay, we leave a follow-up to let sellers know this, and are willing to remove the negative rating if you wish. We are not on eBay to give feedback. We are here to sell stuff. If you pay for your stuff eventually, we are perfectly willing to remove your negative rating, because all we really want is to get paid for the things you buy.
We leave feedback in batches once a month or less often. Please do not write to ask us to leave feedback. We will get around to it. We simply do not have time to leave feedback for each transaction individually; we confine it to large infrequent batches. This means it might take several weeks for your feedback to get to you. Don't worry, you will get it. Remember that eBay is NOT about feedback; it is about buying and selling. Feedback is nice, but it is not a required part of the transaction, nor is it the most important part of the transaction. So please be patient and don't write us seven times to remind us to leave feedback. If you persist in reminding us after we tell you feedback will come in its own time, we may end up giving you a neutral comment to let other sellers know that you are pushy about feedback. We will leave your feedback; be patient.
This store is operated by a young wife and mother to four bright, chattery little boys (including one new baby), living in southwestern Utah. I started my eBay "career" a few years ago, selling items I simply didn't want any more, using eBay as the world's biggest yard sale like anyone else. I had been decorating eggs in the Ukrainian style for a few years, but, not being the type to display these works of art myself, had no reason to make many of them, until I started selling them on eBay. My eggs sold very well, and I was eager to find other things to sell. Shortly after that, I obtained bulk amounts of stone jewelry made by other artisans to sell at a very modest profit. This small business has grown over the past year to include faceted gems, stone chips, and related items, and now I am realizing a profit. I appreciate all of my customers; I want to give them the best prices I can. I offer bonuses whenever possible, I leave feedback for every single transaction, and each order comes with a coupon to be redeemed toward a later purchase.
