Our stores, Christmas & More at Sheldons and Sheldon's Gallery and Frame Shop, are located in Ephrata, Lancaster County, PA. Sheldon's began as a custom frame shop in the garage of the owners home around 1982. The business started by "accident"; a neighbor inquired if Mr. Sheldon would be interested in framing counter cross stitch pieces for the shop that she worked at. The business grew by word of mouth and in 1986 the decision was made to move the busines to a "real retail" location in downtown Ephrata and it became Sheldon's Frame Gallery and Frame Shop. The new location was in the basement of a restored building; we stayed at this location until we purchased a beautiful Victorian home across the street in 1996. We added a large selection of gift, Christmas and garden accessories. In 1998 we were given an opportunity to purchase the large Victorian home next door to the Gallery. The home contained four apartments and a Barber Shop; we transformed the first floor apartment into Sheldon's Christmas & More.

We have a variety of interests from Tennessee Walking Horses, golf, dog sports (herding, obedience and agility) and doberman rescue. Our favorite vacaton place is an out island of the Bahamas, Eleuthera. The family lived on the island in the early 1960's when Mr. Sheldon, a career Navy man, was stationed there. It has been wonderful seeing old friends and meeting new friends on our visits back to Eleuthera.
