All my artworks are original and usually done using one of my own photographs...then created into a visual story.
I was born a Baroness in Berlin Germany and came to this country in 1950. Loving animals all my life, especially horses, I have always drawn or painted pictures of them. My family genealogy has many artists, including my parents and my grandmother who was an Ives, the clockmakers/printers "Ives"...As for myself, I am an award winning artist and have had many images on covers of magazines and catalogs, plus catalogs carrying images that I have developed. For many years I have been in the art field , I am an internationally listed and published artist...at this time I am known for the illustration of the new Equine Board Game 'GallopHome'... including the Coloring Book and Puzzles. I was the assistant to an art director at Shaklee Prod. (one being the famed duck stamp artist Ken Michaelsen) designing labels and brochures, I worked for Fiberboard Paper Prod. in the early 60's, there I posed for the "SUN MAID" raisin box, this "newer version." see http://www.sun-maid.com/about/sunmaid_girl

I bred Arabian horses when I lived in California and Missouri, and was involved with local equine clubs designing newsletters, logos and art donations, serving on boards of equine clubs and art guilds. I belong to the Canadian based (EAG) Equine Art Guild, I am one of the cofounders of the Wisconsin Equine Art Guild (WEAG), also a cofounder for the (EAPL) Equine Arts Protection League, and the past coordinator for the Midwest Horse Fair (MHF) art show for ten years. My artwork has been accepted into the Harness Track of America (HTA) auctions,Draft Horse Classics(DHC)art show and the prestigious American Academy of Equine Art(AAEA). I have won many art contests, placing first or second. My art hangs in many homes all over the world, it can also be found on wearables, Garden Flags, Mouse Pads, Cross Stitch and other licensed products.
