By winning one of our auctions you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item won. We ask that only serious buyers enter into such contracts. Payment for items is required within 7 days of winning an auction. All sales to residents of Wisconsin will incur 5.5% sales tax. Shipping Information
We ship to the 48 Continental States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or to APO addresses. We also require that no P.O. Boxes are used when sending your shipping information as most couriers will not make a delivery to such addresses. All orders will shipped to the address provided by ebay. Please contact us prior to shipment to request a change in your shipping address.

Return Information

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with any of our products. All returned products must be returned unassembled with all parts including the assembly instructions. The item must also be returned in the original packaging.  Shipping charges for returned items will be paid for by the buyer and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Feedback Policy

Upon receiving your purchased item, please take the time fully inspect the item. Make sure that all the components are available and the item functions properly to your satisfaction. After positive inspection we ask that you reflect your satisfaction with positive feedback. Once the transaction has been completed on your end and feedback has been left we will gladly leave feedback for you.

Warranty Information - Eurotech Seating

Eurotech chairs carry a Lifetime Warranty on all parts, and a 5 year warranty on the fabric and leather. Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for five years. Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects.  Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components. Customers own material is not warranted. Warranty is limited to a forty hour work week. The warranty is limited to replacement or repair, and does not cover cost of transportation and labor.  There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Eurotech shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

Warranty Information - R-Style Tables & Chairs

All R-Style and New Heights products are warranted to be free of defects due to manufacturing or materials for a period of five years from shipment date (exception New Heights lifting columns are warranted for a period of two years). We will replace any defective part after being properly inspected. Cost incurred due to products replacement such as installation, labor charges or transportation is not covered under this warranty. R-Style chairs are warranted to be free from defects for the life of the chair. The upholstery is warranted for 5 years.
