Common Reasons Why Your Auction was ended:
1. Item Description and Picture Theft
eBay members are not allowed to use another eBay user's or copyrighted pictures or descriptions in their listings. Users must use their own images and descriptions when selling items on Ebay. Listings that violate eBay's Picture and Description Theft policy may be removed early. Multiple violations of this policy can result in suspension.
The following examples are not allowed on eBay:
1. The seller copies a substantial amount of another's description or from the product manufacturers website and pastes it into a listing.
2. A seller takes someone else's picture and includes it in a listing since it looks very similar to the item the seller is offering.
3. The seller copies pictures and/or text from another copyrighted website or rights owner.
2. Manufacturer Warranty Claims
eBay members are not allowed to make invalid claims concerning a manufacturers warranty with an item sold. If your item was ended, it is likely that the manufacturer does not offer warranty or support for unauthorized retail sales. Usually only authorized dealers are able to offer a manufacturer warranty, and this is a benefit of becoming an authorized dealer and a benefit to consumers for buying from authorized dealers. Your listing can not misrepresent or infer that a manufacturerswarranty exists for the item sold unless you are authorized to sell this item with a warranty. If the item is sold by a consumer, please check if your warranty is transferable to another owner before you repost your listing. Listings that violate eBay's misrepresentation policy may be removed early. Multiple violations of this policy can result in suspension.
3. Unauthorized Manufacturer Dealer Representation
eBay members are not allowed to misrepresent that they are an authorized dealer of a manufacturer or similarly falsely associate themselves with with a manufacturer. Listings that violate eBay's misrepresentation policy may be removed early. Multiple violations of this policy can result in suspension.
