Refund/Return/Replacement/Manufacture Warranty:

Any Packages returned without an assigned RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the delivery package will be refused delivery and eSeasongear is not responsible for their return. Please email for the RMA before your sent your return package.
All Milwaukee (Milwaukee Instruments) items are brand with full manufacture warranty. We were asked by Milwaukee not to handle any product warranty issues so all Milwaukee items are No-Return items. Please call Milwaukee at 877-283-7837 for warranty issues, they will take care all the product's QC problems right away.
For the items listed as "Item must be returned within 3 days (or 7 days)", you may send the item back for refund or replacement within 3 days (or 7 days) (check each item's eBay listing for
the days) after the delivery date.
Please include all the original packaging material, the free bonus (if any), your eBay ID/item number, and a copy of email from store for the return. <<< Do not put any tape on the item's original box and please pack the items the same way as it was received.>>>
