Ebay Auctions

Electronic Surplus Services has recently started using the Ebay Auction site as a way of moving some of its Surplus Stock. The items we offer for bid on Ebay are just a very small selection of our huge inventory. Most of our stock would be classed as "Used Items".

Occasionaly we do stock/sell "New Items" and although classed as "New", being Surplus Stock we can not always guarantee to be in perfect working condition. If we are unsure of the items function, then we would list the item on an "AS IS" sale. This means that "What you see is what you get", without any warranty. Implying that the item has not been tested or evaluated.

We make all efforts to list each individual item as honestly and accuratly as we can. We offer a 10 day warranty from the date of receipt against goods which we consider to be in "Perfect, New, or working condition. This implies that we will refund the bid price, or replace the item purchased, if the item turns out to be a defective item. All shipping/handling charges in this instance will be covered by the winning bidder. This return policy does not cover freight damage. If you suspect freight damage you should contact UPS to initiate a damage claim. In all cases, we will supply the power cords or manuals if we have listed them in the auction description. We always make a note of each items serial number to prevent mistakes in transactions between buyers and sellers.
