A few words on feedback. As ebay states, you should make feedback "factual and emotionless." If you are angry, count to 20 prior to leaving any feedback you may regret later. Always try and resolve concerns with your seller/buyer beforehand via emails. Also, beware of illegal Feedback. Some folks w/ bad reputations, stalkers (yes, I know first-hand!) or with ZERO feedback will try to "hide" using another USER ID or a different email address to win your items and then leave nasty feedback just on spite. I am glad ebay has learned that there are some horrible folks out there in ebay-land.
FINALLY: There is no reason to post negative feedback to a seller who will take care of any and all issues that may arise. There are times in each and everyone of our lives that things may occur forbidding us from not fulfilling our obligations. Well, it is the same for me at times - shipping items in a timely manner. I was doing great there for awhile and then disaster struck - then the slow down occured. Try putting yourself in others' footsteps sometimes - emergencies do happen and I try and keep my buyers informed if there are delays and MOST of you have been overly understanding and professional - the others? Well, let's just say - think about the word "compassionate" a little bit more. I am not perfect and I am working on getting these packages out to you in lightening speed!! Enough said . . .
