With this being the case, we are not able to detect any missing, defective, damaged parts. In circumstances like this, most items are usually covered by a manufacturers warranty. WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE

We ship almost always on a daily basis. Your item will mail within 2 postal working days after payment is received. Please note that if Payment is received on Friday or over the Weekend it will mail on Monday (if Monday is a holiday, it will mail the next Postal Working Day, Tuesday). United States Postal Service states that Priority Mail is usually a 2-3 day transit.
