FIRST OFF: I want to let everyone know that although my feedback says 100% positive that I do have 2 negatives and 1 neutral all the way back on my feedback profile. I'm stating this up front so that you will know that I have nothing to hide. Both of the negatives are because my son used my account and then never paid (he was over 18 at the time but did not own a bank account, after this he wasn't allowed to use my account anymore). And the neutral I received was because the post office was a little too slow (states in comment section: The popcorn buckets look great - Just took over a week to receive). You may go to the last 3 pages of my feedback to see these comments if you wish).
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges reflect more than just the postage costs. My shipping charges include: postage, delivery confirmation ($0.75), bubble mailer ($0.55) and card sleeves ($0.01 each). My shipping charges are pretty low compared to the majority of Yugioh card sellers.
Shipping times: I use USPS First-Class mail because it is fairly cheap and quick. I ship at least every 5 business days (though I try to ship more often but I am disabled and when my disease cycles it becomes difficult enough just to look after my 14 month old son).
Feedback: When leaving feedback and your star ratings please keep in mind that I do not choose the USPS postage rates or how fast the USPS gets your package to you once I take it to them. When you get your package look at the postage cost and then add $0.55 (for the cost of the bubble mailer). You will see that not only am I not making any money off the shipping charges I charge but about 20% of the time I lose money on my shipping charges (not alot but when it's added up I lose about $10 a month. I only make $300 a month so that winds up being a good chunk).
Also Ebay doesn't really tell buyers this but the only "good" star rating is a 5. Ebay penalizes sellers for having anything less than a 4.6 so a 4 is really bad. I leave nothing but 5s for all of my sellers unless it's really bad and then I'll leave a 4. If you feel that you need to leave less than a 5 for something then PLEASE email me so I can try to work out the issue first.
Buy It Now/Best Offers:
The vast majority of my items are in BIN/Best Offer format. As it says in my listings, when you're interested in my sets, please feel free to make a reasonable offer. I did want to let you know though, that the least amount I'm normally willing to take is 75% of the BIN price. So if I have a $40.00 set then any offer under $30.00 will be set to be automatically declined. Of course most of my sets aren't as easy a number to figure out 75%, and my really cheap sets and playsets occasionally will have an automatic decline closer to 50%-60% but for most it's 75%.
Refunds/Returns:
I do accept returns if the single card from a single card auction or more than 10% of the cards in a set are not as described. But being that everyone's idea of card conditions vary it does need to be a bit of a descrepency to qualify for the refund (ie: I listed it as Excellent but it's clearly either Good or Used). Be sure to check the "Conditions" list at the top of each auction to see if the card in question fits into the category I listed it as. If a return is made because of a mistake I made then you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs) and I will happily pay the shipping costs back. Return shipping refunds will be exactly what is stated on the postage sticker.
If you get a set and realize that you misread and it isn't what you wanted I am usually still willing to accept a return and refund your money (at my discretion), but with this instance the shipping charges are non-refundable and the return shipping charges are also the buyer's responsibility so please read the listings carefully before bidding/buying.
If you haven't paid yet or they have not been shipped I will almost always give a full and prompt refund or cancel the transaction if you decide against the purchase (Again at my discretion). If we decide to cancel the transaction PLEASE be sure to check your "My Messeges" in Ebay and agree to the cancellation so I get my final value fees back promptly. I hate leaving negative comments in your feedback section but how fair is it to me when I'm nice enough to cancel out the transaction of a purchase you have a legal obligation to pay and then have to wait over a week to get my final value fees back?
Discounts?!?: There are times that I give discounts (aside from those sometimes listed in the listings already). If you are a repeat customer you will receive anywhere from a 5% discount to a 25% discount depending on how many times you've bought from me and how much your current and previous sales were. Also larger volume buyers (5 or more listings costing more than $10.00 each or over $150.00 in total sales) will receive up to a 20% discount depending on how much the sale is and how much if any the sets are already discounted. So buying in quantity or coming back for repeat sales will save you money.
Best Offers on Auction Style Listings: If you are interested in a set I have listed that is in Auction format with no bids on it and would happily use the Buy It Now option if only it were a little lower (reasonably so, remember that the minimum bid is the lowest price I'm willing to sell it) then by all means email me an offer through Ebay. Most times (unless it is a VERY high demand card or set) I would be more than happy to lower the Buy It Now price a couple dollars. I may be in the business to make money but the best way to make money is to make alot of customers very happy. A happy customer is a return customer.
Exchanges/Customization: If you're looking at a set I have listed and think to yourself "That would be the perfect set for me if only it had this card and that card instead of those ones" then Email me and ask me if I have them and would be willing to switch them out. Most times I'd be more than happy to customize the set. Do keep in mind though that if the cards you're asking to exchange are more expensive than the ones we're exchanging them for that I will be changing the price to match (unless the difference is pretty small, then I'll normally just change out the cards).
If you're looking for specific cards that I don't have listed please feel free to ask me if I have them. Even if I don't have every one that you're looking for I can do up a custom set for you of the ones I do have and save you quite a few extra shipping charges from trying to get them all seperately.
