Below is pretty much all of the info regarding shipping, combined shipping, invoices, etc you need to know about. I have cut this from the auction listings so you guys don't have to peruse a bulky, clumsy, page listing. It'll make things easier to read and is in one place for me to more easily edit.

All shipping within the lower 48 US States caps at $4.95 for as many coins as can be fit within a flat rate envelope. I can squeeze 7-10 pounds of coins into one of these. If you are buying single coins, you could buy my whole store and probably not hit this limit.

I ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING and ALWAYS will. This is true for anything I sell that can physically be combined into a package. My shipping charge is the PO cost plus the cost of materials. If I use a flat rate envelope/box, there usually won't be an extra packaging material charge.

Elsewhere on the planet, please calculate the shipping cost and add .50 cents for the cost of the bubble mailer, tape, and packing material. This will be the approximate cost of your shipping. If you use the USPS home page to calculate the First Class shipping and add .50 cents to it, it will probably be very close for the shipping charge. If you want a definite shipping quote, please ask. I will be more than happy to calculate this. I am willing to ship by almost any method the USPS offers so ask if you are interested in an alternate delivery type.

If you buy multiple items, please ask for an invoice prior to paying. That way shipping is at its exact cost and I don't incur extra PayPal fees. Items paid for without an invoice being requested or used will not have the extra shipping cost refunded since it will be used to defray the extra PayPal charges. Contact me via eBay email since I probably won't see your email in my Yahoo email. I don't check the Yahoo account much due to the volume of junk it receives.

Check my store for foreign coins and some American coins. If you don't see what you want, ask. I have a lot of coins I haven't had time to scan and list.

I constantly add coins to my store as time permits and a lot of my new additions are focused on countries or coins that are under-represented in my store. I also tend to restock coins that sell well. Most coins I offer are common circulating issues but some are more obscure or harder to get. Please check back if you do not see what you want.

The bulk of my coins are 20th/21st century with some in the 19th century. I definitely do not have coins worth over $50.00 apiece for sale that often. I am strictly a minor league seller. I am not a business, I do not earn a profit from this, nor am I focused on extracting the last penny out of my sales. I am a collector selling my extras to buy more coins. The more I sell, the more I buy. When you deal with me, you are dealing with a fellow collector, not an impersonal business employee.

I am a dabbler in coin collecting. I know how to identify a lot of coins but I am no expert in grading and valuing coins whether they be World or American. I just collect what I like and sell my duplicates or the coins I did not want to keep. My grading opinions are usually close in valuing most coins but please do check a coin book and form your own opinion with respect to coin grades.

If you EVER spot a mistake on one of my listings as to the province or identification of a coin, please let me know so I may fix any errors.

Everything Else You Need To Know

As per eBay policy for this selling category, I ONLY accept PayPal. I cannot accept any other payment methods. I apologize for this but that is eBay's rule for selling in this category and I will adhere to it and all other eBay rules.

Refunds are offered for most items except for books and bulk coin lots. Of course if something is wrong with an item that is a "no refund" item, refunds will definitely be made for seller errors or mistakes.

Bulk lots are sold "as-is" and the accompanying scan should show the coin conditions clearly. There will not be any culls or junk in any of my bulk lots.

If you ever have an issue with anything you purchase from me, contact me and we will work it out to our mutual satisfaction. I make mistakes on occasion and do my utmost to fix them when they happen. Several eBayers can testify to the fact that I fix mistakes to buyer satisfaction. To summarize, if it's my fault, it will be fixed to your satisfaction within reason. All you have to do is email me via eBay mail, inform me of the problem, and tell me how you want it resolved.

My shipping charges reflect the cost of postage, the shipping package, and misc items like tape. Check the USPS page to verify that my postage costs are reasonable. I try to make postage costs closely reflect the actual shipping and handling costs.

Use the postage calculator to get a fairly accurate estimate of postage costs. Please be aware of your country's Customs laws regarding currency. I am not liable for Customs seizing your order. Please understand that if you bid.

The eBay calculator often does not give an accurate shipping cost for international orders. International orders, like domestic orders, are shipped at cost with the shipping materials and any related expenses added to it. If you calculate the shipping rate, the price will almost never go more than 1.50 past the shipping cost quoted. This extra cost depends on the types of packaging needed and if I have to drive out of the way to the Post Office and stand in line for 30 minutes instead of just dropping it in the mail.

I do combine shipping for International orders. If your shipping costs warrant, I will place your items in a flat rate mailing package. This means any other coins orders or other small items will be put into the package with no additional shipping charges.

International Buyers: Once you hit $11.95 in shipping, this is the most you will probably pay for shipping so long as it does not weigh more than four pounds total. Buy all the coins you want and the shipping is the same up to the Priority Mail weight limit of four pounds. A few countries cost a little more than this to ship to so please double-check the USPS shipping charges. Whatever the flat rate cost is for your country is the cost you will pay.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your countries regulations on these prior to bidding if you are unsure of this. I take no responsibility for what your country's customs department does with your shipment since it is beyond my control.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. This varies from country to country. Charges of this type are normally collected by the delivering freight/shipping company or when you pick the item up from its appropriate location. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges as these have nothing to do with me. This is determined by your country of residence's import/customs laws.

I will NOT mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. ALL items are honestly listed and marked, the correct selling value listed, etc as required on customs forms.

The insurance usually costs more than it is worth. As of September 2009, eBay is removing the insurance option from their site. If insurance is an option or included for something I sell, I will have it listed as an option or mention that it is covered.

Combined Shipping

If you are making single coin purchases, shipping usually adds about 15-25 cents extra for each additional coin. This is for normal sized coins. British large cent coins, Churchill crowns, or something of similar heft will require about 25-35 cents extra for each additional coin of this weight that did not have free shipping. The more coins that are ordered, the cheaper the shipping becomes per item. Remember... I use flat rate once shipping costs hit that mark to cap the charge.

All shipping costs are based on the total weight of purchased items.

If there is a shipping method not listed as an option you would like, please ask. I will not consider overnight delivery methods since my job schedule does not permit me to guarantee this. If you absolutely want me to ship it overnight, I will do my best to get it to the PO as quickly as possible. However I will not guarantee that it makes it to you overnight.

Please wait for an invoice to be sent before paying in the case of winning/buying multiple items from me. If you pay for multiple purchases/bids before I can send you a revised invoice with combined shipping, the sale stands as is in price.

The reason this is done is to cover the extra PayPal fee(s) that results. If all items are paid in one invoice the PayPal fees I have to pay become .30 cents an item cheaper and this allows me to cut shipping costs.

I ALWAYS send a revised invoice for multiple wins/buys upon request or if I notice your purchases have sat over a day. Any offered item discounts or combined shipping are handled via the invoice. I tally these manually to ensure they are correct. If you are not finished shopping or bidding when I send an invoice, please ignore it until you are ready. I like to keep invoices tallied and up to date so buyers may quickly check out when they are finished. Since I'm at work most of the day, this allows more efficient service. Handling Time

My goal is to get your item shipped as quickly as possible.

Items are packed for immediate shipping when your payment has cleared. I handle preparing items for mail in the evening after work (9pm-12am). I WILL process your items within 24 hours.

If you pay on a weekend, shipment is usually sent Monday. I live in a hilly rural area and my two cars are not economy cars. See the pics for my gas hogs.

To summarize, your order will be mailed within two days at the absolute worst.

?When you rate my handling time in the DSR feedback, please look at the postage date on the package to determine how fast it was mailed. I cannot control how quickly the PO delivers to you. If I had control over the PO, I'd make them deliver next day! :()

If you are waiting on more than one bid on an item of mine and want to wait until all of your bids are finished so shipping may be consolidated, that is okay. Any items bid on within 7 days, you can wait until the auctions are finished to pay. If you need more time than alloted here, just let me know via eBay email.
