Expo-NJ, an Electronics Expo LLC, business, specializes in offering an extensive selection of consumer electronics at a discounted price. We will represent our items with reliable & accurate descriptions.

The majority of our eBay items are customer returns, store display models, manufacturer refurbished, or due to excessive inventory.

• All items are opened/used unless clearly marked "brand new."
• Expo-NJ uses stock photos and generic descriptions for most auctions. Specifics on the item offered for sale are included in the Item Specifics section of the listing.

Terms of Sale

Payment

 Payment is required within 3 days of auction close. If you do not pay for an item within 8 days, you will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder and the item will be re-listed.

• We only accept payment via US PayPal accounts with confirmed addresses only. You can use credit cards and eChecks via PayPal.
• At this time, we do not accept money orders, checks, or cash .
• All prices are stated and payable in U.S. dollars.
• Sales tax will be calculated based on the ship-to address on the order, and will include state and local sales taxes where applicable.

A confirmed address provides sellers with confidence in shipping to the address provided with a payment. A confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safer than addresses that do not have similar characteristics. For example, a credit card billing address will be confirmed because it is a safer address than most other addresses. PayPal provides confirmed address information to help sellers make informed decisions when shipping goods. For buyers, confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft. For sellers, confirmed addresses help prevent fraudulent purchases and potential chargebacks.

Shipping

We only ship within the United States of America. We can ship to any street address within the 48 contiguous United States . There are no exceptions to this policy. We do not ship to:

• APO/FPO addresses
• P.O. boxes
• U.S. Territories and Protectorates
• Countries other than the U.S.

We currently ship via UPS only. Tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification emails. We do not:

• We cannot combine Shipping and Handling from multiple auctions - each item is invoiced separately
• Local pickup (unless specifically stated) or Will-Call orders are not available
• Ship collect or third-party billing

Generally, packages are shipped within 3-4 business days of payment receipt. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. A Shipping and Handling fee of %%Shipping%% for GROUND shipping, handling to any street address destination within the continental USA.

Transit times typically vary between 2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point.

Items sold "as-is" have no warranty or return privileges, unless otherwise stated in the auction. There are no exceptions.

Items listed in a condition other than "as-is" are guaranteed to work upon receipt. No additional warranties are implied or offered. If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt that an item does not function as described.
• You must return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it. No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
• Expo-NJ will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts/accessories have been returned. At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, or exchange the unit.
• Batteries: Used batteries are sold AS-IS and are not covered by the above warranty.

From time to time, we will offer products that have limited warranties beyond our basic guarantee of functionality. In all cases, this will be clearly marked in the listing.

Note: Electronics Expo retail store locations will not accept returns of products purchased from Expo-NJ on eBay.

Customer Service

You can email us through the "seller information" box on any item page. We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence. Please ASK US A QUESTION before you bid.

• We answer email inquiries Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m. EST, excluding major holidays. Please see our Products section for more information about the items we offer for sale. We generally respond to e-mails within 1 business day of receipt.
• Due to the number of items we list each day, we are unable to answer specific questions about individual items. Each auction listing includes all the information we have. If you have a general question about the item's features/functions, please search the web for additional information.
• If you have specific questions about an item and the answer is not provided in the listing, assume it does not have that feature/function and bid accordingly.

How much is shipping? Please use the shipping calculator located in the shipping & handling section of the auction. The information opens in a new window. If you have trouble viewing it, please disable any pop-up blockers. If the auction states a flat shipping rate, no calculation is necessary.

Do you offer combined shipping? At this time we cannot offer combined shipping.

Can I pick up my item? We do not offer local pick-up unless this option is specifically listed in the auction.

How do I know when my item shipped? We will email you tracking information when your item ships.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment via confirmed US PayPal accounts only.

Can I pay through anything other than PayPal or credit card? At this time, we cannot accept payment via money order, credit cards, personal check, cash, BidPay, wire transfers, or any other payment type. You must use the Marketworks checkout system to process payment. Marketworks is a certified eBay service provider. No exceptions to the payment process are allowed.

Is this product new-in-the-box (NIB)? All of the items we list are opened/used unless otherwise specified. The majority of our product comes from customer returns, store display pieces, and end-of-model-year liquidations.

What is your return policy? Any item listed "as-is" is not eligible for return or exchange (no exceptions). For items not listed "as-is," we accept returns only if the item is not as described. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product. At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, a store credit, or an exchange after the item is returned to us. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What does the auction include? All items listed as included in the auction are included. If an item is not listed as included, it is not part of the auction.

I bid the incorrect amount. Can you retract my bid? eBay's Help section provides information about retracting your bid. Due to the amount of items we attempt to load, we cannot put aside the time to retract or cancel bids.

Someone else used my account. Can I get out of the transaction? You are responsible for the security of your eBay account. If a winning bid was placed with your account, you are expected to complete the transaction.

Why are you charging me sales tax? We are legally required to collect sales tax in the state of New Jersey.

Why did you tax the shipping? Since our charge is shipping and handling, many states deem this to be a taxable service. In those states, we are legally required to collect sales tax on this charge.

Can I send you a tax-exempt form? We sell products to end-users only and cannot support tax-exempt sales.
